We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Noah Bloese Bueno. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with noah below.
Noah, thrilled to have you on the platform as I think our readers can really benefit from your insights and experiences. In particular, we’d love to hear about how you think about burnout, avoiding or overcoming burnout, etc.
I’ve always been the type of guy to juggle multiple tasks at once. That mindset helps me stay aligned with my vision, no matter which hobby or project I’m focused on. Since all my hobbies share the same ultimate goal, I can pause one and still keep momentum going with another. That way, I never feel stuck or drained. To me, there’s no such thing as ‘burnout’, when you’re fueled by passion, you’re all gas. The key is to always keep momentum, no matter what you do.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
I go by ZER.Ô., and what I do is more than just make music, it’s about creating a whole world where people can connect, feel inspired, and see themselves in the stories I tell. I grew up in Hollywood, Florida, surrounded by island music and jazz through my parents, which eventually pulled me toward hip-hop. Over time, my sound expanded into multiple genres like house and disco, but at the core it’s always about storytelling and energy.
What excites me most about my art is the freedom. I can take inspiration from anywhere and shape it into something people can feel, whether that’s a beat that gets them moving or lyrics that hit them in the heart. My brand Underwrld is an extension of that, it’s about building a culture where creativity, authenticity, and momentum drive everything forward.
Right now, I’m focused on pushing both my music and my brand to new levels. I’ve been working on new releases, fresh visuals, and collaborations that reflect my vision. I recently dropped a track called Mango and I’m experimenting with unique cover art concepts that play with iconic imagery in my own way. On the brand side, I’m growing Underwrld by connecting with ambassadors and creatives who share that same drive to build something bigger than themselves. We have a collection we are dropping soon called Redemption.
At the end of the day, my mission is simple: to change the world with art, one story and one sound at a time.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Looking back, I’d say the three qualities that had the biggest impact on my journey are consistency, self-belief, and adaptability. Staying consistent is everything, even on the days when motivation is low, showing up and putting in the work builds momentum over time. Just as important is never losing faith in yourself. There are always setbacks, but if you hold onto your vision and trust your process, you’ll keep moving forward. Lastly, adaptability has been key for me. Being able to pivot, learn new skills, and approach things from different angles has kept my creativity alive and my career evolving.
For anyone early in their journey, my advice is to start small but stay consistent “Go longggg” Don’t wait for the “perfect” time, just begin and keep building. Protect your self-belief by surrounding yourself with people and influences that lift you up, not drain you. And always be open to learning; every skill or experience you pick up can add to your craft in ways you don’t expect. At the end of the day, progress comes from momentum, so keep going, no matter what!

What is the number one obstacle or challenge you are currently facing and what are you doing to try to resolve or overcome this challenge?
Right now, the biggest obstacle I’m facing is the lack of funds. Resources can definitely create resistance, but I’ve learned that you can still do a lot with what you have if you’re resourceful and creative. For example, when I couldn’t afford to hire someone to shoot a music video, I picked up my iPhone and recorded one myself, free of charge. It wasn’t about waiting for the perfect setup, it was about making progress with what I had.
I approach every challenge like that: make the most out of what’s in front of me, and keep building. At the same time, I’m also working a job and saving money, so when the right moment comes to invest in bigger projects, I’ll be ready. It’s all about balance, staying patient, resourceful, and consistent until the opportunity to level up presents itself.
