Brittany (BrizzNicole), so good to connect and we’re excited to share your story and insights with our audience. There’s a ton to learn from your story, but let’s start with a warm up before we get into the heart of the interview. Are you walking a path—or wandering?
I’m in a season of walking and wandering right now, I’m walking on my current path within my career, but also wandering slightly towards other avenues and new adventures. I think it’s important to stay on track while remaining curious with a childlike energy for exploration.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hey, I’m Brizz — I’m a pharmacist, TikTok Creator, and the founder of The Ruok Brand, which stands for Ruach, Understanding, Order, and Kinetics. Ruok is more than just a brand — it’s a mindset and a framework for reconnecting with yourself through breath, awareness, and movement.

My background in pharmacy taught me a lot about healing from the outside in, but Ruok was born from my own journey of learning to heal from the inside out.

What makes Ruok unique is that it bridges wellness, spirituality, and mental health in a way that feels real and relatable — not forced or “perfect.” It’s about creating safe spaces for people to breathe, reflect, and realign with purpose. Right now, I’m focusing on building out the brand — from community-centered content to visuals, merch, and eventually a full online platform that walks people through each part of the Ruok process. Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. What relationship most shaped how you see yourself?
The relationship that most shaped how I see myself is the one I had with my mom. She always reminded me that I could do whatever my heart desired. No matter what I wanted to pursue, she was there — supporting me financially, emotionally, and spiritually. She showed me what true, unconditional love looks like. And even though I only had 18 years with her on this earth, her love was more than enough for a lifetime.

When did you stop hiding your pain and start using it as power?
I started turning my pain into power through comedy. Making myself laugh was one of the first ways I learned to heal, and eventually, I started sharing that laughter with the world. It became a way to connect with people who might be hurting too — to remind them they weren’t alone. Over time, that same energy evolved into The Ruok Brand, where I channel that same honesty and lightheartedness into helping others find strength, peace, and purpose through their own healing.

Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. Is the public version of you the real you?
That’s a really good question. The public version of me — the one people see in my comedy skits and characters — is definitely a part of who I am, but it’s not the full picture. Most people who meet me in real life don’t even realize I’m the same person from those videos. I still love to make people laugh and I can be really playful, but in person it’s a little more grounded, a little more me. The comedy side is real — it’s just one layer of who I am.

Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. If you knew you had 10 years left, what would you stop doing immediately?
If I knew I had 10 years left, I’d stop wasting time. Procrastination kills dreams — and honestly, it steals joy too. That thought alone is such an eye-opener and a reminder to stay focused on what really matters. We never know how much time we have, so I think we should all be moving like we only have 10 years left — intentional, purposeful, and fully present.
