Tamica, so good to connect and we’re excited to share your story and insights with our audience. There’s a ton to learn from your story, but let’s start with a warm up before we get into the heart of the interview. What is a normal day like for you right now?
Giving thanks for Life Eternally.. Each day I utilize prayer and meditation. Speaking positive vibes over myself, family, friends and well wishers or Viberz. I stay cool, calm and collected. Encourage others as much as I can not to give on their goals as I work on achieving my goals as. well. I complete my tasks playing my role as receptionist for my 9 to 5 job,My job keeps me grounded and provides financial support and sustainance with God’s help to supply my wants and needs.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I am Whatatamtam aka Sweet Sweet water, recording artiste. Hostess with the mostest, Actress, voice-over talent, fitness Trainer, Promoter, Mother and Vibesbuck Queen for Life from Kingston, Jamaica. I consider myself a V.I.B.E that means Very Intelligent Being Entertaining, hence my Vibe! BUCK. I use minimum resources for maximum effort.. My vibe is positive, warm, conscientious, seeking knowledge and building Vibesbuck Squad spirit and movement to encourage other creatives to keep their creative flow flowing. I have the unique opportunity to host Future Roots at Dubwise cafe located at 82 Lady Musgrave in Kingston with LIVE performances from emerging Reggae artistes along side “The Affirmation band.”This and every last Friday in every month with vegan food and merch on sale.This is streamed monthly on my Whatatamtam (Tik Tok) LIVE. From 9 pm to midnight or until the showcase ends.

Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What breaks the bonds between people—and what restores them?
I believe when energy and alignment shifts, it can result in a break with the bond shared by people. This can be reflected physically by time and space. We all move differently in varied seasons of our Lives. There is a constant evolution or consistency of change because of growth. It is always good to pay attention and make the Vibesbuck Eternally Conscious to satisfy the flow of your alignment as you evolve and trust the process.

When did you stop hiding your pain and start using it as power?
I was open to learn from my pain and how I absorbed so much to be seen as a purpose for others. I just eventually started to show more love for myself and forgive myself for the set backs that I absorbed helping others and I saw that I owe it to myself to do the best for me, because I will never hurt myself. These steps allowed me to see the best version of myself using my resources and is leading me to have a wholesome life.This showed me that a lot of persons could be just as lost as how I was.I decided to push for my goals. This gave others purpose as well and this created my sufficiency and trust in GOD, give myself grace to evolve for the betterment of my music career and all aspects of my life.

Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? Is the public version of you the real you?
Yes. The public version of me is the real me. I strive for happiness because I am brave.I care more to be my most extraordinary self than to seek validation. Speaking my mind and giving good vibes with every fibre of my being makes me a relentless “Vibesbuck Queen” for Life, making the Vibesbuck Eternally Conscious, everywhere I go.

Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
I would love for all to tell the best version of their vibes especially for myself.The ability to use minimum resources for maximum effort is achievable. We achieve more when we are like-minded and willing to work together, don’t force anything. God and Time to finish every task. Spread more Love. 12 million people in the world are where they are not suppose to be. Push pass your limitations and stay where you are loved and accepted. Always making Vibesbuck Eternally Conscious and flow with your energy, building with trustworthy family, friends and well-wishers.
