We’re looking forward to introducing you to Aryan Rohira. Check out our conversation below.
Hi Aryan, thank you for taking the time to reflect back on your journey with us. I think our readers are in for a real treat. There is so much we can all learn from each other and so thank you again for opening up with us. Let’s get into it: What are you chasing, and what would happen if you stopped?
There’s a quote I adore by Vincent Van Gogh that goes, “I am seeking, I am striving, I am in it with all my heart.” His words and vision resonate deeply with me. My pursuit of excellence isn’t linked to any wealth or metric. It’s simply about becoming the best version of myself. It’s about sharing my art, my work, and my abilities with the world. I strive to inspire others to chase their own greatness and to push beyond their limits. If I stopped, I feel it would be the ultimate disappointment to myself. It would be like betraying my purpose, my work, and all those whom I may have inspired. As Andy Grove, former CEO of Intel, warned, “Success breeds complacency. Complacency breeds failure.” To stop would mean living with the weight of knowing I didn’t give my all. So, I keep striving, with all my heart, to learn and grow, and for those I hope to uplift.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Aryan Rohira, and I am a teenage entrepreneur with experience across finance, retail, venture capital, and entertainment. My approach has been shaped by the high-level mentorship I received during the Harvard Undergraduate Ventures Tech Summer Program, where I got the opportunity to learn directly from industry titans like Mark Cuban, Ted Sarandos, and Lila Snyder. Currently, I primarily work across three ventures: First, as one of the founders of Nueramation, we build proprietary AI models to help American businesses automate daily operations and development struggles. We primarily cover human resources, customer service, and lead generation, and I’ve built a team of about 20 employees and contractors. Second, I operate an e-commerce platform for game developers to buy digital models and assets. Additionally, I lead the development of custom games for dozens of clients, including my own productions that have reached millions of players. Lastly, I work in the entertainment industry as a DJ and event organizer, hosting some of the world’s premier Bollywood experiences across New York, Miami, London, Athens, D.C., and locally in the RTP area.
Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. What breaks the bonds between people—and what restores them?
I feel the greatest obstacle that breaks bonds between people is jealousy and the constant pain of comparison. People in our communities spend far too much time and energy judging others’ achievements and feeling inadequate as a result. If we simply redirected half that energy toward developing ourselves and working to achieve our personal best, we would all propel ourselves further.
What restores these broken bonds is by taking action. It’s the moment where we realize others’ success doesn’t hinder our own, and that we’re able to learn and grow from others’ achievements. When we replace our jealousy with support and respect, we collaborate and grow as a community. That commitment to building each other up is the foundation to restore relationships and achieve our goals.
What did suffering teach you that success never could?
Success teaches you confidence; however, suffering teaches you perspective. When I’ve faced a challenge, I learned the importance of detachment from previous fallacies or plans. A flawless program is a fallacy; a crisis is a near-guarantee. The sole factor that allowed me to persevere was the ability to maintain composure, find alternative paths, and execute relentlessly. By innovating under stress, I’ve consistently achieved results far beyond what any initial success could have predicted. These skills are invaluable for anyone who wants to grow themselves.
Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? What truths are so foundational in your life that you rarely articulate them?
I hold three truths that have pushed me to perform my best every day: Energy, Ambition, and Attentiveness.
I treat energy as a resource I must bring daily. In every major case study, from legendary founders to Fortune 500 CEOs, their relentless drive was the force that inspired the entire team to achieve more.
This energy is fueled by ambition, the commitment to reach for the stars. It’s the refusal to accept current conditions and to continue growing, which keeps me goal-oriented and makes the journey inspiring to those around me.
Finally, attentiveness is the foundation of execution. It means two things: paying attention to the smallest operational details, the daily facts that run the organization. Second, being profoundly attentive to the team. Caring for the team, truly listening, and providing constructive feedback are the actions that push people to grow further, and that’s the only way a leader can propel those around them.
These are the constants that define my life and experiences. No matter what I end up working on in life, I hope to be an eternal learner, ensuring these pillars remain the foundation for every future challenge and venture.
Thank you so much for all of your openness so far. Maybe we can close with a future oriented question. What will you regret not doing?
My only potential regret is failing to realize the fullest potential of every single moment.
I don’t believe in passive learning. For me, regret would be looking back and realizing I didn’t push the boundaries on an available opportunity. As a teenager, I prioritize learning above all else. For me, I constantly seek out new experiences: meeting people who challenge me, attending workshops, and leveraging every resource in my environment.
My philosophy is that to achieve our best, we need to actively construct our own opportunities. The only failure that truly matters isn’t the one where you fall short, but the one where you become complacent to the environment around you.
