Hi Ron, thank you so much for joining us today. We’re thrilled to learn more about your journey, values and what you are currently working on. Let’s start with an ice breaker: What’s more important to you—intelligence, energy, or integrity?
Always doing the right thing whether anybody is looking or not is one of my core principles so Integrity is paramount for me.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My Name is Ron Daughton I am a singer songwriter guitarist from Sparks MD currently residing in Queen Creek AZ. A professional musician for nearly 50 years that was inducted into the Maryland Entertainment Hall of Fame in 2015. I currently own Ron Daughton Music LLC and am a member of the Arizona Avenue Band performing classic rock, country and Motown hits for private and public events all across Arizona. Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. What breaks the bonds between people—and what restores them?
The simple answers for are poor communication unresolved conflicts and boundary infractions. Restoration begins with open honest conversation patience and forgiveness for healing purposes

What did suffering teach you that success never could?
This list could almost be endless but the biggest take always are humility empathy compassion and a better understanding of the things that truly matter. Moving from struggling to success certainly builds character!

Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. What’s a cultural value you protect at all costs?
We should protect intellectual freedom and promote the ability to have peaceful conflict resolution through debate first

I hope they say that I was honest forthright hardworking a true friend or colleague and a fine musician!
