Good morning Shardaye, it’s such a great way to kick off the day – I think our readers will love hearing your stories, experiences and about how you think about life and work. Let’s jump right in? What’s the most surprising thing you’ve learned about your customers?
That not everyone is going to like your products and that’s okay. Some customers are just not a good fit for your business.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Shardaye Kendrick, owner of Rejuvenated Sensations where we offer all natural skincare products that we hand make ourselves. I have been in business for 5 years and the birth of my business started because I have dermatitis which is a form of eczema and i can’t use most products in stores because they cause me to break out and have flare up’s. Started doing research on how to make my own products and the rest is history.

Okay, so here’s a deep one: Who saw you clearly before you could see yourself?
My grandma. She has always been my number one cheerleader no matter what. And with her no longer being here I feel like I owe it to her to make her happy and proud

What did suffering teach you that success never could?
Suffering taught me that no one is going to come save you. If you want something you have to hustle and work hard everyday until you get where it is you want to go.

So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
Loyalty. As long as you are loyal I will do anything and everything to help you succeed or whatever.

Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. If you retired tomorrow, what would your customers miss most?
My body butters and body oils because they are my number one sellers. I am big on moisturizing that’s why I go so hard to provide A1 customer service
