We’re looking forward to introducing you to Noelia Freile. Check out our conversation below.
Hi Noelia , thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to share your story, experiences and insights with our readers. Let’s jump right in with an interesting one: Have you stood up for someone when it cost you something?
Yes, I have. It was not easy, but I came to realize that love means choosing what is best for the person or for the greater good, even when it costs us dearly. We are here to love not only when it feels safe or when it is returned, but also in the quiet sacrifices where the heart remembers its true purpose.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’ve started a new project where I share my art with the hope that it plants a seed in the spirit of the community.
My practice flows between intimate watercolor pieces on paper, expansive oil paintings on canvas, and the delicate precision of graphite drawings.
Each piece carries a part of my heart, and through them I hope to create moments of connection, reflection, and belonging.
For me, art is more than an image; it is a way of nurturing the soul and weaving people together.
Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What breaks the bonds between people—and what restores them?
I believe it’s often our unchecked egos that break the bonds between people, turning even the best relationships to dust.
What restores them is awareness, self-compassion, and humility. When we can forgive ourselves and others, we open the door to understanding and patience. In that space, love has the chance to grow again.
What’s something you changed your mind about after failing hard?
I once felt I failed when a project didn’t reach as far as I had hoped. But I realized the process itself was already meaningful, and the path I am crafting and leaving behind is a beautiful one.
Sometimes what feels like failure is really a reminder that the journey matters just as much as the destination.
So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. Where are smart people getting it totally wrong today?
I’ve noticed that many intellectuals disconnect from the heart, and that terrifies me.
Intelligence without empathy is dangerous.
A world without empathy is, to me, the greatest cultural failure we could face.
Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. What do you think people will most misunderstand about your legacy?
You know… most legacies, even those of souls far greater than mine, eventually fade into silence.
I do not fear being misunderstood or forgotten, because once a seed is planted its ripples travel beyond sight.
What matters is that the gesture was made, the vibration released. The world carries it forward, even when no one remembers the name.
