Rashida, it’s always a pleasure to learn from you and your journey. Let’s start with a bit of a warmup: What is a normal day like for you right now?
A normal day for me starts with alignment. My mornings are quiet and intentional a little prayer, journaling, and incense to set the tone before I move into business. I like to start my day grounded so that every decision I make comes from a clear, focused place.

Once I’m centered, I dive into my work with PinkXecutive Society™, where I mentor women and traders to align with abundance, emotional mastery, and confidence in the markets. My day usually includes analyzing charts, developing new lessons, and connecting with my community. I love helping people evolve financially, mentally, and spiritually and seeing that growth unfold never gets old.

In the evenings, Monday through Wednesday, I teach live trading classes inside PinkXecutive Society™. After class, I close the day with gratitude and reflection staying grounded in the same energy I started with. Right now, my life feels like a perfect blend of divine flow and CEO focus. Every day, I’m living what I used to pray for.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Rashida Brown, and I’m the founder of PinkXecutive Society™, a global empowerment and trading mentorship community designed to help women step into their soft power, master their mindset, and build financial freedom through skill and alignment.

I started PinkXecutive Society™ with the mission to bridge two worlds that rarely meet divine feminine energy and financial intelligence. I mentor women to become confident traders and leaders by combining market mastery with mindset, emotional regulation, and abundance principles.

What makes my brand unique is our approach: we don’t just talk charts we talk healing, purpose, and personal power. Every program, call, and course is designed to remind women that they can create wealth with ease and intention, without losing their softness or identity in the process.

Right now, I’m focused on expanding PinkXecutive Society™ globally and creating resources that help women rewrite the narrative around wealth from survival to sovereignty.

Okay, so here’s a deep one: What part of you has served its purpose and must now be released?
The part of me that believed I had to struggle for everything I wanted has served its purpose. For years, I wore strength like armor always in hustle mode, always proving I could do it all. That version of me built the foundation, but she was fueled by survival, not peace.

I’ve learned that alignment creates more than effort ever could. I’ve released the version of me who overworked, overgave, and overlooked her own softness in the name of success. Now, I lead from a place of ease, faith, and divine flow trusting that what’s meant for me doesn’t require me to fight, only to stay in alignment.

That shift changed everything my business, my mindset, and the women I now mentor through PinkXecutive Society™. We don’t chase anymore. We attract.

If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
I’d tell her, “You were never broken, you were just built different.”

As a kid with ADHD, I was always in motion the one who couldn’t sit still, talked too much, laughed too loud, and asked “why” a little too often. I was labeled the class clown, the problem child, the one who would never amount to anything, the one who “had potential but didn’t focus.” For a long time, that made me believe something was wrong with me.

But now I know that the very thing people misunderstood was my gift. My mind doesn’t move in a straight line, it moves like lightning. It connects ideas, creates magic, and sees patterns others miss. That’s the same energy that built PinkXecutive Society™ and shaped the visionary I am today.

So I’d tell my younger self: Your brain isn’t the problem it’s your superpower. One day, the world will catch up to the way you think

Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? What’s a belief or project you’re committed to, no matter how long it takes?
I’m fully committed to the evolution of PinkXecutive Society™ and the movement it represents teaching women how to build wealth, emotional intelligence, and self-trust in a world that taught us to survive instead of thrive.

My belief is simple but powerful: women don’t have to choose between softness and success. We can be strategic and spiritual, disciplined and divine, logical and led by intuition. That belief fuels everything I create from mentorship programs to trading education to community healing.

I’m in this for the long game. I’m not just building a brand; I’m building a legacy one that reminds women that alignment is the new hustle and wealth is their birthright. Whether it takes five years or fifty, PinkXecutive Society™ will continue to change how women see themselves, their money, and their power.

Thank you so much for all of your openness so far. Maybe we can close with a future oriented question. What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
I hope people say that I helped women remember who they truly are. Not the version of themselves shaped by struggle, trauma, or expectation but the one that existed before the world told them who to be. I want them to say I helped women shed the identities that were placed on them and reconnect with their soul identity the version that is powerful, intuitive, and limitless.

Through PinkXecutive Society™, I didn’t just teach trading or mindset, I taught transformation. I showed women that success doesn’t require self-abandonment, and that wealth means nothing without self-worth.

When people speak my name, I want them to remember that I made power feel peaceful, that I turned pain into purpose, and that I built a space where women learned to lead, trade, and live from alignment. My legacy isn’t just about charts it’s about change, self mastery and leaving the world better than what it was before.
