We recently had the chance to connect with Teemaree and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Teemaree, thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to share your story, experiences and insights with our readers. Let’s jump right in with an interesting one: What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
The first 90 minutes of my day are the most important. I wake when I am ready, talk to God, read the Bible with the group I’ve been leading for 4 years now, exercise or take a walk, drink water fortified with minerals, enjoy my coffee, a healthy breakfast, and conversation with my husband Tony. I then get ready for my day and get to work. For me, all of these things represent the most important things to me. My relationship with God, my husband, and myself. It also helps me serve from a full place which is important to me so I can give all I do in the best way.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hi, I’m Teemaree. My passion is helping people feel better, live better, and achieve goals. I’m a life, health, and spiritual coach, personal growth author, wellness innovator, and founder of Allswell Lifestyle. I also am the founder of Teemaree Media and the Transformation Through Joy Method.
My TTJ Method provides micro learning, joy, and simplified ways to experience the mindset shift, emotional regulation, or perspective change you need to make positive changes easily. It is woven in everything I create. Teemaree Media is print, audio, and video to stay uplifted and empowered. It also provides opportunities for small businesses and wellness experts to be seen. Allswell Lifestyle is my virtual church, retreat center, shop, and community to boost your faith, learn, grow, have a safe space to express yourself, and gain access to mind, body, and spiritual resources 24/7.
I also provide courses, coaching sessions, classes, and retreats. I just love helping people save time, money, and heartache when they are seeking to gain a better life for themselves. I work with individuals, organizations, and businesses that enjoy ease, creative solutions, and value holistic success.
Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What part of you has served its purpose and must now be released?
The part of me that has served its purpose and is now being released is the part of me that could not show vulnerability. For the longest time, personally and professionally, I didn’t even realize that I was totally unable to show vulnerability. It was so deeply embedded. Needing to care for myself from a young age and not having support taught me to be strong and visionary but also left me with a deep sense of not being able to trust my true feelings or needs with anyone. It took a while of me doing the fabulous work I now engage and lead others through, to finally be free of that block and it’s wonderful. Now I am unabashedly present, emotionally available, and able to express my needs, wants, likes, desires, and boundaries. It is magnificent for my personal and professional life.
What’s something you changed your mind about after failing hard?
The biggest thing I realized after failing hard was that I, along with most of us, were thinking about failure in the wrong way and that we needed to get help to change that. The truth is that most people think failure is wrong, bad, or something to be avoided. But that is only because they haven’t been taught the success mindset. Successfully minded people look at failure as a data point and nothing more. They look for what went wrong, fix it, and move on. They don’t get their feelings involved because they look at failure as an important metric that gets them to where they want to be faster. They seek out the data because they want to improve, Getting to understand this and truly operate this way is why I coach. These types of teachings change lives, outcomes, and they don’t happen or stay in place automatically. It takes work.
Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. Is the public version of you the real you?
The public version of me is the real me. What you see is what you get. I do think that there are intimate things that only those closest to me see and that is because of life, not staging. Surely, my husband will see sides of me that the public won’t and he should. But when it comes to who I am, I just am. It’s less of, “Is she showing us everything and more of how is she all those things?!” 😂
Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. What do you understand deeply that most people don’t?
I deeply understand that our words have actual power, that we can be almost anything we dream, and that we can have it all, just not all at once. I don’t think most people deeply understand that. A lot of folks are stopped by things that aren’t things at all and while they are very real feeling, they are certainly not as powerful as they seem. That is why I do the work I do. Each life is meant to be here right now. Not to take up space but for a very specific purpose. It is my mission to help as many people awaken to their full beauty and power as I can because we need them and because they deserve to be their fullest selves.
