Good morning Rahi , it’s such a great way to kick off the day – I think our readers will love hearing your stories, experiences and about how you think about life and work. Let’s jump right in? What do you think is misunderstood about your business? 
What’s often misunderstood about my practice is that people assume we’re solely focused on beauty treatments — things like fillers, Botox, and lasers. While those are certainly part of what we do, they represent only one aspect of a much broader, integrative approach to health and aesthetics.

At Dr. Rahi Integrative Aesthetics, we don’t just address how you look — we focus on how you feel and how your body functions at a cellular level. Our treatments are built on the philosophy that true beauty starts from within. That’s why we offer a comprehensive range of regenerative and wellness therapies, including peptide protocols, medical weight optimization, stem cell and exosome therapy, and bioidentical hormone replacement.

By combining advanced aesthetic medicine with functional wellness, we help patients achieve lasting, natural results — enhancing their vitality, confidence, and longevity, not just their appearance.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m Dr. Rahi Sarbaziha, a double-board-certified physician and founder of Dr. Rahi Integrative Aesthetics, located on iconic Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills. My practice is built on the belief that true beauty and wellness begin from within.

We take a comprehensive and highly personalized approach to care — every patient receives one-on-one attention and a treatment plan tailored to their unique goals, biology, and lifestyle. Beyond aesthetic procedures, we offer advanced regenerative and wellness therapies including peptides, hormone optimization, stem cells, exosomes, and medical weight management.

What makes my brand special is the relationship we build with our patients — it’s intimate, individualized, and rooted in long-term wellness. We’re constantly integrating innovation and science-backed treatments to help patients look and feel their best at every stage of life.

Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. Who taught you the most about work?
I’ve learned the most about work through a combination of life experiences rather than one single person. My world travels have been incredibly influential — observing the precision and efficiency of places like Tokyo, contrasted with the balance and ease of the Caribbean, taught me that success isn’t just about working harder, but also about working smarter and knowing when to slow down.

Most importantly, my parents set the foundation. As immigrants who worked tirelessly while raising a family and pursuing medical training through residency and fellowship, they showed me the value of perseverance, discipline, and purpose. I’ve also drawn inspiration from the many physicians and mentors I’ve met along the way who have built successful practices by staying curious, ethical, and compassionate.

Together, these influences have shaped not only my work ethic but also the culture of my practice — one that values excellence, balance, and genuine human connection.

When did you stop hiding your pain and start using it as power?
I stopped hiding my pain when I learned to let go of shame and guilt — or at least as much as I could. For a long time, I carried the weight of past experiences quietly, but eventually I realized that healing begins with honesty. By being open about my journey with the people who truly matter, I reclaimed my story instead of letting it define me.

Understanding that the past is the past — and that forgiveness, especially self-forgiveness, is essential — allowed me to turn pain into perspective. It became fuel for growth, compassion, and strength, both personally and professionally.

So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. Is the public version of you the real you?
Absolutely. I try to be as authentic and transparent as possible in every space — whether I’m with patients, on social media, or in my personal life. What you see publicly is a genuine reflection of who I am: someone who values honesty, self-expression, and growth. I don’t try to hide behind an image; I simply try to show up as my full self, both personally and professionally.

Thank you so much for all of your openness so far. Maybe we can close with a future oriented question. What are you doing today that won’t pay off for 7–10 years?
I’m investing in the kind of habits that build long-term wellness — physically, mentally, and spiritually. Daily meditation, exercise, especially yoga and Pilates, help keep my body flexible, strong, and lean. I focus on clean nutrition, limiting alcohol (maybe an occasional glass of wine), and maintaining a lifestyle free of smoking or drugs.

I also make it a priority to spend time in nature and with animals, which keeps me grounded and connected. These choices may not have instant results, but they’re the foundation for lasting vitality, clarity, and balance — the kind of health that truly pays off years down the line.
