We were lucky to catch up with Rebecca Weinstein recently and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Rebecca, really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?
I found my purpose by letting go of the expectations of what I thought I was “supposed” to be doing and instead leaning into the things that truly lit me up, what felt good, expansive, and exciting. I did not let fear of failure hold me back and began approaching my life’s path with curiosity about myself. As I did, I started to receive more positive feedback, and the right people and opportunities naturally began to flow my way.
Through that unfolding, I realized my purpose was never something outside of me to chase, but something within me to remember. I am here to help others see the brilliance of their own inner light and reconnect with the part of themselves that has always been there, waiting to shine.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
I help people reconnect with their inner light through Reiki, mindfulness, and heart-centered guidance. One of the most rewarding parts of this work is watching someone awaken to the part of themselves they may have forgotten. Whether it’s their creativity, their strength, or just remembering their own worth, it’s amazing to see how that light starts to show up in their everyday lives.
I’m especially excited about my upcoming all-inclusive wellness retreat this fall, it’s a space to slow down, explore self-care, and deepen connection—to themselves and to each other. With guided meditations, energy work, creative workshops, and a supportive community, it’s designed to be a fully restorative experience. I’ll also be offering mini retreats throughout the year, giving more people the chance to step into that kind of soul-nourishing space.
Beyond retreats, my work includes one-on-one sessions, private group healings, corporate workshops, and experiences that blend ancient wisdom with modern practices, helping people feel centered, empowered, and fully alive. My mission is simple: to help others see and step into the light that has always been within them.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Looking back, the three qualities that were most impactful in my journey are curiosity, self-awareness, and alignment.
Curiosity kept me exploring different healing practices, techniques, and perspectives without fear of making mistakes.
Self-awareness allowed me to get to know myself deeply—my strengths, my patterns, and what truly resonates.
Alignment helped me listen to what felt authentic and follow the path that was meant for me.
For anyone early in their journey, my advice would be to stay curious, take time to know yourself, and notice what feels authentic. The most powerful growth happens when your practice reflects who you are, not who you think you should be.

How would you describe your ideal client?
My ideal client is anyone who is ready to feel more balanced, energized, and at home in their own body and mind. They may be navigating stress, discomfort, chronic illness, or a sense of being stuck, and they’re looking for a gentle, holistic approach that meets them exactly where they are. Reiki and energy work provide a safe, supportive space to reconnect with their body, mind, and spirit, offering both comfort and guidance on their healing journey.
This work offers more than relief—it provides a space to slow down, breathe, and feel supported while navigating pain, chronic illness, or the effects of past trauma. It helps people reconnect with their own inner guidance, notice subtle shifts in body and mind, and move forward with greater ease, clarity, and a renewed sense of connection—to themselves, to others, and to the life they’re meant to live.
