Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Tracye Robinson. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Tracye, we’re thrilled to have you sharing your thoughts and lessons with our community. So, for folks who are at a stage in their life or career where they are trying to be more resilient, can you share where you get your resilience from?
My resilience was born in the fire. In the moments I didn’t think I’d make it through but somehow did. It comes from years of learning to rise through pain, uncertainty, and loss, and choosing to see each challenge as a divine invitation to evolve. I’ve faced seasons that stripped me to my core. Surviving breast cancer, navagating my life visually impaired, and reinvention more times than I can count. But through it all, I’ve discovered that resilience isn’t about toughness; it’s about trust. and never giving up.
It’s the quiet strength that comes from knowing I am carried, even when I can’t see the path ahead. It’s rooted in my faith, in my connection to God, and in the deep belief that every detour holds purpose. My resilience comes from choosing to keep showing up, softer but stronger, and to transform every wound into wisdom.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
I’m a Transformational Wellness Expert, coach, speaker, author, and Certified Naturopath devoted to helping women (especially those over 40) reclaim their energy, rewrite their life stories, and remember the healing power within.
My upcoming book, The Magic Pill Is You: What Every Woman Should Know About Her Power to Heal, is the heartbeat of my work. It’s both a guide and a movement that invites women to trust their intuition, restore balance, and rise into the wholeness they were born with.
After surviving breast cancer, living with visual impairment, and navigating multiple reinventions, I learned that true wellness isn’t found in prescriptions or quick fixes. It’s found in self-trust, awareness, and the courage to heal from within. Through my purpose, I share that belief through coaching, consulting, and speaking. Blending holistic wisdom with soulful storytelling to help women transform burnout into balance and resilience into radiant living.
What excites me most about what I do is witnessing transformation. The moment a woman realizes she was never broken, just disconnected from her own power. Watching that light return to her eyes, seeing her stand taller, softer, and more certain of who she is. That’s the greatest reward.
Every time a woman begins to trust her intuition, set herself free from old stories, and honor her body and spirit as sacred, I am reminded why I do this work.
I get to walk alongside women as they reignite their wholeness. And that, to me, is pure magic.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
FAITH anchored me when nothing made sense. Through illness, loss, and reinvention. It reminded me that even when I couldn’t see the path, I was still being guided. My advice to anyone starting out: nurture your spiritual connection daily. It doesn’t have to be religious, just create space to listen to the quiet voice within you.
SELF-AWARENESS became my compass. Healing required me to get honest about what was working, what wasn’t, and who I was becoming in the process. To build it, learn to pause before reacting. Reflect often. Ask yourself what your emotions are trying to teach you instead of judging them.
RESILIENCE, the graceful kind that allows you to bend without breaking. Resilience taught me that strength isn’t about never falling; it’s about rising softer and wiser each time. You build it by embracing life’s challenges as opportunities to grow, not proof that you’re failing.
Each of these qualities has one thing in common—they remind you that your power doesn’t come from what happens to you, but from how you choose to respond.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?
Yes, absolutely. I believe collaboration is one of the most powerful ways to expand healing, awareness, and impact. I’m always open to partnering with individuals and organizations who share a heart-centered mission. Especially those focused on women’s empowerment, wellness, personal growth, and holistic wellness.
Whether it’s through speaking engagements, workshops, retreats, media features, or wellness collaborations, I love co-creating spaces that inspire women to rise into their power and wholeness.
Right now, with the upcoming launch of my book The Magic Pill Is You, I’m particularly interested in connecting with event organizers, podcast hosts, wellness brands, and media outlets who align with the message that true healing begins within.
