We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful JoJo Bennington. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with JoJo below.
JoJo, thanks so much for taking the time to share your insights and lessons with us today. We’re particularly interested in hearing about how you became such a resilient person. Where do you get your resilience from?
As a physical and sexual abuse survivor, and also overcoming drug addiction, has taught me that whoever I am being at the moment, or whatever situation is my current experience, that does not define who I am for my entire life. Those particular times have taught me important skills, grit, courage, awareness, empathy, grace, humility, among others, but not who I truly am or what my true potential is. Those situations have allowed me to redefine myself, to be a better version of myself. Understanding, at any point we all have to the power to change direction, plot a different course, and create something entirely new. I was not born a victim or a drug addict, I was also not born a survivor, or a Certified Nutritionist, or a supporter of women, Founder of UP Retreats, Executive Managing Director of eWomenNetwork Las Vegas, a 25 year election employee, or with a team of over 25,000 in my personal business. My experiences created those things in my life, my decisions and choices, and realizing that I was only born to live out my highest potential, only I can decide what my next definition is. My biggest is lesson is that we all have the power to dare to redefine ourselves, sometimes every second if need be.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
Born and raised in Las Vegas, married to Vinnie for 25 years, caring for my 95 year mother, and my fur baby Ollie.
I have spent a lifetime in support of women. Empowering women is what lights me up. Watching them grow, expand, venture out, forgive themselves and spread their wings. I love to teach and collaborate with all people, and sharing the perspective of collaboration over competition creates amazing spaces of growth and new creation. I work with women in all aspects of what I do. In nutrition and health support. In my retreats and personal coaching. In my position with eWomenNetwork. In many of my spaces of collaboration.
I love to connect the dots between two businesses who didn’t even realize that they could support one another and create something new.
I offer amazing partnering opportunities to women with brand partnership and affiliate accounts which allow business owners, to branch out easily, increase their bottom line, with no investment or inventory, helping to support their clients in all aspects of health rejuvenation.
I am in process of writing a new, comprehensive, health protocol, which will be easy, affordable, and allow me to use all of the tools that I have acquired with my over 20 years of experience in the wellness field. I plan to have this available in early 2026. I will be able to work with my clients all over the world virtually. I am very excited for this new part of my journey.
Each month I offer a valuable networking luncheon and a wisdom circle mastermind that supports women in networking, messaging clarity, and introducing them to the people who are looking for them, and to who they are looking for. The connections created here are authentic and powerful.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Ask for help. You are not alone. And if you’re trying to do it alone, you are doing it too hard.
Try everything. Somethings will work, some won’t. Each iteration teaches you valuable lessons to be able to move forward with.
Don’t wait until you have it all or know it all. Get moving and you will figure it out as you go. If you wait until you have it all figured out, you will never start.

How can folks who want to work with you connect?
I am currently looking for collaboration partners in the esthetics field. Hair, Skin, Nails, Med Spas, Clinics who are ready to add in an easy and efficient way to support their clients with supplements that can be their maintenance point in between their appointments. So investment, no inventory, and full partner support with a team of qualified, experience consultants to help them be successful.
