Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Sergey Pavlov. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Hi Sergey, appreciate you sitting with us today to share your wisdom with our readers. So, let’s start with resilience – where do you get your resilience from?
I believe my resilience comes from a mix of two things — real-world hardship and a deep sense of purpose.
I grew up in an environment where nothing was handed to you. Every achievement had to be earned through persistence, discipline, and belief in your own vision even when nobody else saw it yet. Over the years, working in construction taught me that things almost never go exactly as planned — weather delays, material shortages, clients changing direction mid-project — but the key is to never lose momentum. I learned to treat every challenge as part of the build itself, just like pouring the foundation: it may take longer, but it’s what makes everything else stand strong.
When I moved to the United States and started building from scratch — literally — I faced language barriers, financial risks, and endless learning curves. But my mindset was always the same: keep moving forward, one wall, one project, one idea at a time. That habit became part of my identity.
Today, leading several companies in construction, design, and manufacturing, I still draw strength from that early training — to work through pressure, adapt quickly, and stay focused on long-term vision. My resilience is built like the structures we create: from solid foundations, careful reinforcement, and a lot of patience and heart.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
I’m the founder of several interconnected construction and design companies in Georgia — including Atlanta Turnkey Construction, Kitchen Bath & Closet, and Atlanta Fast Build — all built around one mission: to modernize the way people build and live.
Our work spans from custom homes and luxury kitchens to advanced manufacturing of Cold-Formed Steel (CFS) and Aircrete systems. What makes it exciting is that we’re not just building structures — we’re reshaping the entire process. We bring together engineering, design, and manufacturing under one roof, using smart materials and technology to make construction faster, stronger, and more sustainable.
Every project tells a story. From mirrored-panel homes in the mountains to high-end renovations in Atlanta, I get to combine creativity with precision. That’s what I love most — taking an idea from a sketch to a real, tangible space that families and communities can enjoy for decades.
Right now, our team is expanding our CFS & Aircrete manufacturing division — Atlanta Fast Build — to produce structural systems locally. It’s a major step toward making energy-efficient, disaster-resistant housing more accessible. We’re also integrating AI-driven tools and CRM systems that help contractors manage leads, clients, and projects seamlessly.
After 27 years in this industry, what still inspires me is seeing progress: helping clients turn dreams into blueprints, ideas into homes, and challenges into innovations.
Our brands are built on family values, craftsmanship, and a relentless drive to build smarter — not just bigger.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Looking back, I’d say the three qualities that made the biggest difference in my life and career are vision, adaptability, and consistency.
1. Vision
Everything begins with a clear picture of what you’re building — not just a house or a business, but a purpose. Early on, I learned that if you can visualize the end result in your mind, you can find a way to get there no matter how many steps it takes. For me, vision means building beyond today — imagining how materials, technology, and people’s needs will evolve, and staying one step ahead.
Advice: Train your imagination like a muscle. Write your ideas down, sketch them, refine them — and don’t be afraid if they sound too ambitious. Every great project starts as a “crazy” idea someone believed in long enough to make real.
2. Adaptability
The construction world — and business in general — changes fast. New materials, codes, markets, and customer expectations appear every year. I learned that success isn’t about being the biggest — it’s about being the quickest to adapt.
Advice: When something doesn’t go your way, don’t see it as failure — see it as training. The faster you accept change, the more resilient and valuable you become.
3. Consistency
It’s not the big leaps, but the daily habits that shape your future. Every day I try to move the needle — even if it’s one phone call, one new system, or one small improvement on a job site. Over time, that builds momentum that no setback can stop.
Advice: Develop small, repeatable habits. Show up. Stay disciplined even when nobody is watching. That’s how long-term success is built — one consistent action at a time.

How can folks who want to work with you connect?
Yes, absolutely. Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. I’m always open to connecting with architects, engineers, developers, and forward-thinking builders who are passionate about modern, efficient, and sustainable construction.
We’re also interested in working with real estate investors, landowners, and manufacturers who see the potential in Cold-Formed Steel (CFS), Aircrete, and prefabricated systems — both in residential and commercial projects. Our goal is to expand the reach of advanced, energy-efficient building technologies across Georgia and beyond.
I also welcome collaboration with digital marketing professionals, tech developers, and AI specialists who can help us continue improving our CRM, automation, and AI assistant systems that support contractors and construction companies.
Anyone interested in collaborating can reach me directly through our main website atlantaturnkeyconstruction.com
or by email/phone. I’m always open to a conversation about innovation, partnerships, or shared projects that push the construction industry forward.
