Hi Brando, so excited to talk about all sorts of important topics with you today. The first one we want to jump into is about being the only one in the room – for some that’s being the only person of color or the only non-native English speaker or the only non-MBA, etc Can you talk to us about how you have managed to be successful even when you were the only one in the room that looked like you?
During our journey in the music industry, we have definitely learned how to keep our heads up high. This industry has helped us understand constructive criticism, how to compromise, overcoming obstacle, as long as multiple aspects of being an artist going through our story! From struggling with no assets to having as much as we can, there will always be something to work on! We aren’t perfect and our fans give us energy unfound to us by always striving to see and hear our fans support us! This is how we learned to be effective/succesful knowing we are a unique, original brand. There isn’t so much of an answer as far as what we need to do. We are Donv3ra and our brand is solely composed as so. We love who we are and what we do for the world. when we create music we know everyone owns there own opinion and we own our music. Our music cultivates an energy, a happiness, a motivation, that doesn’t seem to vanish through the people around us. We love making music for the people who love to listen and relate. Through our raw expressive variety of music, we listen to daily to up-bring us and keep us going and our supporters. We will effectively take action on producing more product for our business to keep our successful brand running and shooting for the stars!

Here we work towards multiple different business’ we own! We are always working constantly to create new art and bring new products to our customers and supporters!
With our clothing brand xtravagant clothing being our biggest business. We also have a show line with multiple shoe designs created through alive shoes. While working on these main business’ we are always in the studio working on our main passion as a musical artist! From doing content creation to making the newest hits to showcase to our audience. We are always networking posting content and hosting live streams to stay interactive within our own built community!
There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
During my journey some of the skills that helped me through the process is definitely ethic, comprehension and adaptability. For most of you early comers in the industry or taking up in entrepreneurship there will be plenty of difficulties you face. Constantly go through everything, don’t put all your eggs in one basket. 1 thing I’ve struggled with is feeling like we don’t have time. WE DO! Work hard stay consistent and focus on what you really want the most out of in life! The point is to evolve and never stay stagnant. Keep flowing where you constantly find yourself going back. Understand everything fully and double check everything, prepare yourself to have mentors and people to guide you and help you through your journey! We aren’t alone do not feel like it!

We are always looking for collaborations as far as content creators, brand deals and events etc. we network tons in our cities we promote in and love to meet new people and opportunities for ourselves and our future. We mainly focus on music related content, design, brand deals and anything focused towards management in the music industry!
