Sergio, we’re thrilled to have you sharing your thoughts and lessons with our community. So, for folks who are at a stage in their life or career where they are trying to be more resilient, can you share where you get your resilience from?

My resilience comes from art itself—from the ability to transform struggle into beauty. Every setback becomes a brushstroke in the masterpiece of growth.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

I am the founder and creative soul behind Artonit Makeup, a brand born from the fusion of my two lifelong passions—Art and Beauty. What makes Artonit truly special is that every color, every formula, and every design originates from my own artistic universe. The packaging you see is not just branding—it’s art taken directly from my paintings, transformed into something you can touch, wear, and experience.

What excites me most is the idea that makeup can be more than a cosmetic—it can be a piece of art that tells a story, evokes emotion, and celebrates individuality. Artonit is not mass-produced beauty; it’s artistry in motion, crafted with intention and the highest quality standards.

At the moment, we’re entering a new chapter with upcoming product expansions and artistic compacts—each inspired by my original works and designed as collectible pieces. Our vision continues to evolve, but our essence remains the same: to elevate makeup into an art form and share that beauty with the world.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Looking back, I believe the three qualities that have shaped my journey most profoundly are creativity, perseverance, and emotional connection.

Creativity has always been my driving force. For me, it’s not only about aesthetics—it’s about storytelling, emotion, and authenticity. It’s the courage to express something personal in a way that resonates universally. My advice for anyone at the beginning of their path is to honor your creative voice. Don’t chase trends; instead, cultivate a vision so genuine that it naturally sets its own.

Perseverance is what transforms inspiration into reality. Building something meaningful—especially in the worlds of beauty and art—demands patience, resilience, and an unwavering belief in your purpose. There will always be challenges, but consistency and conviction are what turn obstacles into milestones.

And perhaps most importantly, emotional connection. Everything I create for Artonit comes from the heart. It’s not just a brand—it’s a reflection of emotion, artistry, and soul. My advice is simple: stay authentic. When your work carries sincerity, people feel it—and that connection becomes timeless.

Is there a particular challenge you are currently facing?

The greatest challenge I’m currently facing is balancing artistic vision with business growth. Artonit was born from pure passion—from art, emotion, and creativity—and as the brand continues to expand, maintaining that soul while scaling operations has become both the most demanding and the most meaningful task.

I’m constantly navigating how to preserve the artistry and individuality that define Artonit while building stronger infrastructure for distribution, production, and visibility. My focus now is on strategic collaborations, refining logistics, and expanding internationally, without ever losing the essence that makes the brand special.

To overcome this, I’ve learned to approach challenges the same way I approach a painting: with patience, perspective, and purpose. Every layer, even the difficult ones, adds depth. And through that process, the vision becomes even clearer.
