Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Rachael Blumberg Chiprut. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Rachael, we’re thrilled to have you sharing your thoughts and lessons with our community. So, for folks who are at a stage in their life or career where they are trying to be more resilient, can you share where you get your resilience from?
I draw my resilience from doing the things most people will not do.
I get up early. I meditate every single day. I eat real food that nourishes me. I move my body with intention. I say yes to the things that scare me. I sit in ceremony. I gave up alcohol. I was willing to do the thing most people stay doing. True commitment and consistency to bring @thevibrationofme
I am on a constant quest for fullness, joy, and truth.
I am always looking to level up, not to be better than anyone else, but to be better than I was yesterday.
Resilience for me is built in the quiet moments of choice.
It is the consistent commitment to myself, to showing up, to staying devoted even when it is uncomfortable. It is saying yes to growth, yes to discipline, yes to the deep work.
Years of movement, sport, and fitness taught me how to meet resistance and breathe through it. That somatic memory of shaking, sweating, and staying with the vibration built a physical foundation for my mental strength. I have walked through loss, transformation, business evolution, and personal awakening. Each chapter has reintroduced me to my own power, that quiet, unwavering voice that says, I can do hard things.
I draw resilience from what I give to others, from my community, my kids, my clients. Serving from the vibration of love and truth becomes its own energy source. When I remember that my life is my offering, I naturally rise.
My faith in vibration, frequency, and alignment reminds me that everything has meaning. I do not just push through; I alchemize challenge into wisdom. My resilience comes from a place inside that refuses to settle, a place that believes in becoming, expanding, and living fully awake.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

I am the founder and force behind PLATEFIT and The Vibration of Me, and a motivational speaker devoted to inspiring others to live, to come back home to their own unique vibration. From that place of coming home to themselves, they are able to build a life that is worth living, a life centered in joy, wholeness, and presence.
PLATEFIT is a vibration based fitness and wellness brand that has been serving Los Angeles for over a decade. What started as a single studio built around Power Plate technology has grown into a movement that blends science, spirit, and community. Through vibration, we awaken the body, strengthen the bones, move the lymphatic system, and elevate energy, all while helping people reconnect to themselves.
Over the years, PLATEFIT has evolved beyond the physical workout. It has become a space where transformation happens on every level, physical, emotional, and energetic. That evolution led me to create The Vibration of Me, my next chapter and personal brand centered around reflection circles, retreats, coaching, and speaking.
As a motivational speaker, I am passionate about inspiring people to live with consistency and to cultivate the willingness to step more deeply into their own ritual, their own practice, their own unique heartbeat, and their own unique vibration and frequency. My message is about remembering that true power lives in daily devotion, discipline, and the courage to stay aligned with what is real.
When you create from a place of fullness and presence, you create a life beyond anything you have ever imagined. That is where financial freedom, body freedom, and relationship freedom begin to flow, when your external world finally matches the vibration of your internal truth.
What excites me most is witnessing people wake up, seeing someone step into their power, shift their mindset, and feel alive again. Whether I am guiding a workout, leading a circle, or speaking on stage, my mission is always the same, to help people connect to their own vibration and remember who they are.
Right now, I am expanding The Vibration of Me through retreats in Mexico and Topanga, ongoing reflection circles in Los Angeles, and the upcoming launch of The Shake, a podcast that explores transformation, authenticity, and the beauty of being human. I am also creating a spring retreat with some powerhouse women in the wellness industry, an offering that will bring together movement, reflection, ritual, and community in the most expansive way yet.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Looking back, the three qualities that have shaped my journey most are consistency, willingness, and God consciousness.
Consistency has been everything. It is the foundation of PLATEFIT, of my personal practice, and of how I live my life. I always tell people that consistency creates confidence. It builds momentum. It rewires your belief in what is possible. When you show up for yourself again and again, you begin to trust your own word, and that changes everything.
Willingness is the spark that keeps me growing. It is the part of me that says yes to the uncomfortable, yes to the unknown, yes to the work that stretches me. Willingness is what turns fear into transformation.
And God consciousness is what anchors it all. You can only evolve when you are awake to something greater than yourself. My growth has always come from taking radical responsibility for my energy, my vibration, and my choices, and from trusting that God’s presence lives within every moment.
Faith Without Works is Dead. We can sit and think about everything we want to be and plan it, but at some point, we have to do the footwork. We have to get up, get in the car, and go to the workout. We have to make space in the morning to connect with Source, to separate ourselves from the mind. We have to choose, again and again, to eat the foods that make us feel alive. We have to do the work every single day until the work becomes who we are.
For anyone early on their path, my advice is simple: start where you are. Create rituals that keep you grounded. Move your body. Meditate. Be consistent even when it is inconvenient. Say yes to growth before you feel ready. When you live from that place, life will rise to meet you in ways you could never imagine.

What has been your biggest area of growth or improvement in the past 12 months?
Over the last twelve months, I have grown by releasing the need to care what others think, letting go of self judgment, and truly living authentically.
For most of my life, I have been driven, disciplined, and consistent, but underneath that, there was still a part of me that wanted to be understood, validated, or approved of. This year has been about releasing that completely. I have learned that when you stop caring what others think, you begin to live from your own frequency. You move from fear into freedom.
Letting go of self judgment has been just as powerful. I have learned to meet myself with compassion instead of criticism. To see every version of me, the strong, the soft, the messy, the unsure, and love her all the same. Self judgment keeps us small, but compassion expands us.
And truly living authentically has been the deepest awakening of all. It is choosing truth over perfection, presence over performance, alignment over approval. It is remembering that God, Source, and Spirit do not bless who you pretend to be, only who you truly are.
When you live authentically, you feel alive. I feel more alive than ever. I am ready to create. I am ready to expand. I am ready to be in massive service to the greater whole by helping others become who they authentically and truly are.
This year has been a return home to my truth, my vibration, and my freedom to live as the most honest and embodied version of me.
