Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Jasmine Waltz. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Hi Jasmine, appreciate you sitting with us today to share your wisdom with our readers. So, let’s start with resilience – where do you get your resilience from?
I’ve always had this deep inner knowing that everything happens exactly as it’s meant to. Even when things don’t go my way, I truly believe it’s redirecting me toward something better. In acting, and now in building my jewelry brand, I’ve faced more rejection and redirection than I can count — but I’ve come to see both as sacred teachers.
There’s a saying I love: “Rejection is God’s protection.” That has become one of my guiding truths. Each time something didn’t work out, I learned to move forward faster, with more clarity and gratitude. Gratitude keeps me grounded — it shifts my focus from what’s missing to what’s already abundant. That perspective builds resilience because it keeps me present, hopeful, and open to whatever comes next.
My resilience comes from trusting the process, staying grateful, and knowing in my heart that life is always working for me, not against me.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
Waltz Diamonds was born from a desire to shift the narrative around luxury and consciousness. After years in the entertainment industry, I realized how much the things we wear and invest in reflect our values — and how often, even in high-end spaces, that awareness gets lost. I wanted to create a brand that celebrates individuality, authenticity, and intention — without compromise.
At Waltz Diamonds, every piece is crafted with purpose. We use sustainably grown diamonds and recycled metals, creating fine jewelry that’s both beautiful and ethical. The brand stands for my personal philosophy — Conscious, Not Compliant — a mindset about making choices that feel aligned rather than accepted.
This year we’re launching The Signature Society, a collaborative capsule where each participating woman designs her own symbolic piece. It’s more than jewelry — it’s a creative movement celebrating individuality, empowerment, and the stories behind each design.
What excites me most is seeing people connect with that deeper meaning — realizing that every purchase, every piece, every decision is a reflection of who we are. Because how we choose one thing, is how we choose everything.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Looking back, I’d say my three most impactful qualities have been determination, creativity, and intuition — with empathy woven through all of them.
My determination has always been what keeps me going when things don’t happen on my timeline. I’ve learned to stay the course, to keep showing up with faith even when results take longer than expected. In both acting and business, persistence isn’t just about working hard — it’s about believing deeply in what you’re building.
My creativity keeps me connected to my purpose. It reminds me that business and art aren’t opposites — they’re both acts of creation. Whether it’s designing a piece of jewelry or telling a story through content, creativity is what gives everything heart and authenticity.
And my intuition — paired with empathy — is what guides my decisions. It’s that inner knowing that helps me recognize when something aligns, or when it doesn’t. I’ve learned to trust it, even when logic disagrees. It’s how I navigate opportunities, partnerships, and creative direction.
For anyone early in their journey, my biggest advice is this: give yourself grace while you’re building. There will be seasons of isolation, sacrifice, and intense focus — but that’s where the magic happens. Protect your energy, say no when you need to, and remember that discipline is a form of self-respect. Building something meaningful takes time — but if it’s aligned with your truth, it’s always worth it.

Okay, so before we go we always love to ask if you are looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?
I love this question because I truly believe collaboration is the key to everything meaningful we create. Community and connection are at the heart of why I built Waltz Diamonds. I’ve always believed that when aligned people come together — people with shared values and a desire to raise collective consciousness — real magic happens.
One of my favorite books is Collaborative Intelligence, and it perfectly sums up what I believe: that great ideas don’t happen in isolation. We all bring our own unique energy and perspective, and when those meet in harmony, something extraordinary is born.
I’m always open to connecting with creators, artists, and visionaries who feel aligned with that mission. Through The Signature Society, I’m continuing to collaborate with individuals who want to design their own pieces and share in the profit — empowering others to express their creativity and build something lasting.
Ultimately, I want Waltz Diamonds to be a home for creative partnerships — a space where collaboration fuels purpose, individuality is celebrated, and everyone involved gets to shine.
