Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Brezzey. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Hi Brezzey, thank you so much for opening up with us about some important, but sometimes personal topics. One that really matters to us is overcoming Imposter Syndrome because we’ve seen how so many people are held back in life because of this and so we’d really appreciate hearing about how you overcame Imposter Syndrome.
You know, for a long time, I confused humility with shrinking. I thought playing small meant I was being grounded — when really, I was dimming myself out of fear that I didn’t belong in the rooms I dreamed of being in.
Imposter syndrome showed up every time I entered a new space that reflected the version of me I was becoming, not the version I was used to. And that was uncomfortable. I was hard on myself, constantly questioning whether I was qualified, smart enough, or even worthy of being seen.
What changed for me was realizing that confidence doesn’t come from proving yourself to others — it comes from repeatedly showing up as yourself. I stopped trying to earn my place and started to embody it.
I reminded myself that every room I enter is better because I bring something no one else can — my story, my perspective, my energy. I learned to speak to myself like someone I believe in.
And now, whenever that old imposter voice tries to creep in, I remind myself: ‘You didn’t get here by accident. You’re here because you were meant to be.’

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
Soul Tribe Search Party was born from my love for nature, ritual, and human connection. What started as a personal journey of healing through herbs has grown into a collective experience — one that bridges plant medicine, creativity, and soul work. Through handcrafted blends, body care, and community-centered events, I aim to remind people that healing can be both sacred and simple.
What excites me most is creating moments of reconnection — when someone takes a sip, inhales an aroma, or pauses long enough to feel grounded again. Each product and experience I offer is an invitation to return to yourself and your natural rhythm.
Right now, I’m expanding Soul Tribe Search Party into more in-person experiences, collaborations, and education around herbal wellness. I’m also curating seasonal offerings that honor the cycles of the earth and our own evolution alongside it.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
The three most impactful qualities in my journey have been intuition, resilience, and presence.
Intuition taught me to trust my inner voice even when logic didn’t see the path yet. It’s what guides me when creating blends, hosting spaces, or making business decisions rooted in alignment rather than fear. My advice: make quiet time non-negotiable. The answers you need often come in stillness.
Resilience helped me transform doubt into direction. Every challenge, delay, or closed door was a redirection toward something truer. Growth happens in the moments you decide to stay committed, even when things feel uncertain.
Presence allows me to move through my work with intention and gratitude. It’s easy to chase “what’s next,” but the real magic happens when you slow down enough to experience what you’ve already created.

What do you do when you feel overwhelmed? Any advice or strategies?
When I feel overwhelmed, I slow everything down. I remind myself that I don’t have to carry it all at once — I just have to take the next aligned step. Sometimes that means stepping away completely: I’ll make tea, sit in silence for a few minutes, or go outside to get some air — simple things that help me reset.
I’ve learned that overwhelm often comes from trying to move faster than my spirit wants to. So I pause, listen, and let myself reset. My advice is to create small moments of pause in your day, even if it’s just a deep breath between tasks. You can’t pour from a full cup if you’re never refilling it.
