Meet Jesus Burgos

We were lucky to catch up with Jesus Burgos recently and have shared our conversation below.

Jesus, so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?

I found my purpose on December 22, 2024, the day I started experimenting with music across every platform I could reach. What began as a simple test just to see what would happen if I blended my sound with digital innovation became something much bigger.

Within months, that spark turned into RitmoDJ Sonic Multiverse, a living project where I could merge electronic energy, cinematic emotion, and rock intensity into one creative heartbeat. It wasn’t about chasing algorithms or viral moments it was about connection.

Since then, everything has grown purely by word of mouth. No ads. No sponsors. Just music that travels because it resonates. Today, RitmoDJ.com receives hundreds of thousands of visitors every week proof that authentic creation still finds its way through the noise.

My purpose is clear now: to build bridges between human emotion and technology, and to show that music can still tell stories that matter.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

Music has been part of my life since I was a child — I grew up listening to the old records my parents loved, and even back then, I knew sound could move something deeper than words ever could.
That feeling never left me. To this day, I still listen to songs searching for that one moment — that perfect chord, that choral lift, that fine line between speech and melody — that gives you goosebumps and reminds you why music exists in the first place.

That obsession became my calling, and from it, RitmoDJ Sonic Multiverse was born.
I’m not just a producer or a composer — I’m a fusion of both, a builder of worlds where rhythm meets emotion and technology meets humanity.

What makes this journey so powerful is that everything has grown purely through authenticity. No ads. No campaigns. Just real people sharing real music. In less than a year, RitmoDJ.com has gone from an idea to a thriving community with hundreds of thousands of weekly visitors — all by word of mouth. That organic growth is my proudest achievement because it proves that genuine art still connects.

Now, a new era of RitmoDJ begins. Each song will come with its own cinematic 30-second video on social platforms — a free glimpse into the emotion and storytelling behind every release. I want people to feel what I feel: that excitement when you hear a song so powerful you have to replay it three times in a row just to absorb it.

My mission is simple but bold: to use music as musical armament for peace — a force that defends, uplifts, and connects humanity through joy rather than harm.
That’s the true sound of peace, and it’s what drives every beat I create.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Looking back, I think the three most impactful qualities in my journey have been discipline, emotional intuition, and curiosity.

Discipline came from my years of structured work and military service — the world of security taught me to stay focused, consistent, and calm even when everything around me is chaos. That mindset became the foundation of RitmoDJ: every sound, every beat, every visual follows a clear intention.

Emotional intuition is what guides the art itself. You can learn production techniques or music theory, but the ability to feel when something is alive — when it hits that spot that gives you goosebumps — is what separates a good song from a timeless one.

And curiosity keeps everything evolving. I never wanted to repeat formulas; I wanted to blend worlds — cinematic rock with electronic soul, funk with emotion, technology with humanity. That constant search for “what’s next” is what keeps the Multiverse alive.

For anyone starting their creative journey: don’t chase perfection — chase connection.
Discipline will get you started, emotion will make people listen, and curiosity will keep you growing.

All the wisdom you’ve shared today is sincerely appreciated. Before we go, can you tell us about the main challenge you are currently facing?

My biggest challenge right now is time — the constant race between creativity, production, and everything that surrounds an independent music project.
Building something as big as RitmoDJ Sonic Multiverse without a label, sponsors, or a commercial team means doing it all myself: composing, producing, designing visuals, writing, managing, and promoting.

It’s a beautiful chaos, but sometimes it feels like the clock runs faster than the music.
The way I overcome it is by returning to my discipline — the mindset I learned in the military and carried into the world of music. I plan every project like a mission: clear objectives, precise execution, and emotional intent.

When the workload gets heavy, I remind myself why I started: to create something pure, to connect people through sound. That purpose cuts through the noise and resets my focus.

Time will always be a challenge, but passion turns it from an enemy into an ally — it pushes me to keep building, keep evolving, and keep creating music that means something real.
