We recently connected with Lena Khais and have shared our conversation below.
Lena, we’re thrilled to have you on our platform and we think there is so much folks can learn from you and your story. Something that matters deeply to us is living a life and leading a career filled with purpose and so let’s start by chatting about how you found your purpose.
For 25 years, I worked in corporate leadership, helping executives and teams reach and surpass their goals. On paper, it was everything I’d ever wanted. But somewhere along the way, I started to feel… restless.
There was this quiet voice in my head that wouldn’t go away. It kept whispering, “You didn’t travel all the way through the Universe just to have a marginal effect.” I knew I was meant to do something deeper. Something that truly changed lives.
One evening, my husband and I were watching The Secret, a documentary on Netflix. It was a collection of interviews with masterminds from the world of intentional manifestation and mindset. Honestly, we didn’t take it seriously at first. We were laughing at it, to be honest. But somewhere between the jokes, I tossed out a line: “Wouldn’t it be great to get an unexpected check in the mail?”
Two weeks later, I went to pick up the mail and there it was. A refund check from a local store that had gone out of business.
It wasn’t the amount that mattered. It was the realization that this “manifestation” thing wasn’t magic or coincidence. It was formulaic. It had structure. And if I could understand the formula, I could teach others how to create their lives by design, not by default.
It took me several years and many thousands of dollars invested in self-development and mindset program, but I finally got. I derived the formular for practical manifestation that delivered results, practical and tangible for anyone who would apply the approach.
That moment changed everything. I left corporate, founded Atlas Paradigm, and made it my mission to help entrepreneurs align their energy, mindset, and business strategy so they can manifest success with ease and joy, breaking through those infamous revenue plateaus and stepping into the life by design.
My purpose revealed itself the moment I stopped asking, “What’s next for my career?” and started asking, “How can I make the world happier. And the answer was – one aligned human at a time”

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
I’m the founder of Atlas Paradigm, a coaching company that helps entrepreneurs break through income plateau and create wealth through energetic alignment, mindset rewiring, and practical manifestation.
After 25 years in corporate leadership, working with Fortune 500 executives, I realized that most people were chasing success the hard way through hustle, overwork, and self-doubt, while completely overlooking the energetic foundation of results. I knew there had to be a better way to create success that actually feels good.
So I built one.
I now teach what I call the Manifestation Formula:
(Faith × Aligned Action) ÷ (Mental Blocks + Resistance).
It’s where neuroscience meets spirituality, mindset meets energy, and manifestation meets measurable results.
What excites me most is watching my clients, many of whom are established business owners, CEOs, and entrepreneurs, shift from survival mode to flow. They stop forcing success and start attracting it. Their revenue grows, their confidence expands, and they often say, “It finally feels easy again.” That’s the sweet spot.
What makes my work special is that it’s not about wishful thinking or “moving crystals around.” It’s grounded in psychology, Human Design, and quantum energetics, bridging the science of the mind with the soul of success. My clients learn to operate from their authentic frequency, and that’s when everything starts aligning – clients, money, opportunities, peace.
At the end of the day, my brand is about empowerment through alignment, helping people remember that success isn’t something you chase. It’s something you allow.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Oh, where do I start? Probably with the three things that saved me from caffeine overload, burnout, and an existential crisis in corporate America:
1. Curiosity
I’ve always been fascinated by why people do what they do and even more so, why they don’t do what they say they want. That curiosity led me deep into psychology, neuroscience, and eventually, quantum energetics. My advice? Never stop asking questions. Curiosity is what turns “Why is this happening to me?” into “What is this trying to teach me?”
2. Emotional Intelligence (aka mastering the itty-bitty-sh*tty committee in your head)
If you can learn to regulate your emotions and quiet the internal chaos, you can lead yourself through anything- business pivots, personal reinventions, even Mercury retrograde. Develop it by noticing your triggers, taking raw responsibility, and remembering that emotional maturity is a wealth frequency.
3. Courage to Reinvent
Remember, you actually can’t fail. This life is a big lab where you’re expected to experiment. After 25 years in corporate, I burned my business suit, grabbed my crystals (metaphorically speaking… mostly), and started over. Reinvention requires audacity… the willingness to look ridiculous while building something extraordinary. My advice? Don’t wait for clarity to take action. Clarity comes from action, not before it.
And a bonus point – don’t wait to feel ready. You actually can’t feel that because it’s not a feeling. It’s a decision. You make it.
Each of these qualities, curiosity, emotional intelligence, and courage, are like spiritual Wi-Fi. When they’re strong, your connection to purpose, success, and divine timing becomes unshakable.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?
Absolutely. Collaboration is my love language. I love connecting with fellow speakers, podcast hosts, event organizers, and conscious entrepreneurs who are passionate about helping others grow through mindset, manifestation, and business energetics.
If your mission involves elevating others, expanding awareness, or making money feel a little more sacred and a lot less stressful, then we’re already speaking the same energetic language.
I’m especially open to speaking engagements, workshops, podcast features, and joint ventures where we can co-create transformation, because when powerful people unite, the ripple effect is unstoppable.
And if you happen to appreciate coffee, dry humor, and the occasional quantum physics analogy, we’ll get along just fine.
