Meet CIENNA KOPISCHKE

We recently connected with CIENNA KOPISCHKE and have shared our conversation below.

CIENNA, thrilled to have you on the platform as I think our readers can really benefit from your insights and experiences. In particular, we’d love to hear about how you think about burnout, avoiding or overcoming burnout, etc.

I’ve come close to burnout more times than I’d like to admit. And honestly, for someone in my line of work, it’s almost an occupational hazard.
I’m a prophetic business coach and the founder of Consecration Academy, where I teach Christian entrepreneurs how to grow and scale their businesses into $20,000 months. Every single one of my clients gets two one-on-one calls with me each month, and I host eight group coaching calls monthly. Add to that homeschooling my kids, appearing on podcasts, speaking on stages—I spend most of my waking hours talking.
Here’s the thing people don’t realize about me: I’m actually an introvert. I can show up outgoing and energized in coaching calls and on stages, but internally, I’m running on reserves. My body will literally shut down if I talk to too many people without proper rest.
But it’s not just the volume of conversation that drains me—it’s the weight of what I carry. As a prophetic business coach, I work heavily in intercession and deliverance. I help my clients break free from demonic strongholds and oppression (not possession—there’s a critical difference). I’m constantly hearing stories, sitting with people in their pain, connecting them back to Jesus, and discerning what the Holy Spirit is saying over their lives and businesses. It’s sacred work, but it’s also heavy work.
For years, I would just push through my days, and by evening, I’d find myself completely burnt out. I knew something had to change.
The turning point came when I started taking the biblical concept of rest seriously—not as a nice idea, but as a command. The Bible tells us that the Lord rested on the seventh day, and if God Himself modeled rest, how much more do I need it? So I began practicing a form of Shabbat, not in the traditional sense, but by building intentional pauses into my day to sit at the feet of Jesus.
Now, I take rest through what I call reflective or contemplative prayer. Every morning, I spend at least 30 minutes with God—reading my Bible, praying for my clients, my city, my church, every church member. That’s my time of pouring out. But in the middle of the day, between 3 and 4 PM, I’ve blocked off time that’s just for me to receive. I literally put it in my calendar as sacred, non-negotiable space.
During this midday pause, I put on soaking worship music, grab my journal and a pen, and I just sit. Sometimes I listen. Sometimes I pour my heart out onto the pages. Sometimes I journal directly to the Lord. There are no kids, no husband, no dog, no noise—just me and the Holy Spirit. This isn’t about scrolling my phone or taking a “break” in the conventional sense. Those things actually stress me out more, especially when I get interrupted. This is different. This is restorative.
What makes it restorative is that I’m not trying to produce anything or perform for anyone. I’ve spent my morning pouring out in intercession; now I get to be poured into. The Holy Spirit meets me there, and I hear what I need to hear for the next right steps. I get clarity. I get grounded. I get reminded of what’s actually necessary versus what’s just noise.
Am I perfect at this? Absolutely not. I’m still learning to force myself to stop every single day, no matter what. But I’m getting better, and the difference is tangible. Without this practice, I’d be showing up to my clients half burnt out, stressed, and unable to hear clearly. I wouldn’t be able to support them the way they need—and honestly, I wouldn’t be able to sustain this calling at all.
Rest isn’t a luxury for me. It’s a lifeline. And it’s the only way I can continue doing the heavy, sacred work God has called me to without losing myself in the process.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

I’m the founder of Consecration Academy, where I serve as a prophetic business coach helping Christian entrepreneurs grow and scale their businesses to $20,000 months, not through worldly strategies, but through Holy Spirit-led guidance.
But let me be honest: I didn’t choose this path. God chose it for me, and He had to break me first to get me here.
In 2023, I was running a successful group coaching program called the 5K Mastermind, designed to help women hit $5,000 a month in their businesses. We had a 98% success rate. It was thriving. Then one day at a church conference, I heard the Holy Spirit tell me to close it down. I didn’t understand, so I ignored it. The following Sunday, He spoke even louder: “Quit your business. I’m taking you into ministry.”
I still didn’t listen. I went to women I thought were “better Christians” than me (they weren’t; we’re all the same in God’s eyes), and they told me maybe I was hearing wrong. So I kept going.
In January 2024, I had my highest income month ever. And then I heard the Holy Spirit say, “Because you refused to listen to me, I’m taking away all of your clients and your sales.” Within 30 days, I lost everything: all my money, all my clients, my entire business. Everything.
What kept me going through those 30 days? Prayer. Reading my Bible. Going to church. Sitting in my prayer closet and fasting. God sustained me through it all. Every single day, I heard His voice. He showed me visions of what was coming next. And after months of seeking Him, He spoke clearly: “You’re going to start a business called Consecration Academy. You’re designed to bring wealth back to the kingdom.”
I had never even heard the word “consecration” before that moment. But God gave me the vision, the framework, the strategy, all of it. And now, almost two years later, Consecration Academy is thriving, all glory to God.
What makes Consecration Academy different?
We don’t operate like traditional business coaching programs. Everything we do is Holy Spirit-led. We don’t move until God tells us how to proceed for each client.
I teach a framework called PMVMS: Prayer, Mindset, Visibility (which is public relations), Marketing, and Sales. Through this curriculum, we help Christian business owners (typically making $1,000 to $5,000 a month) scale to $20,000 months within 12 months. Our ideal clients are people who want to grow their businesses God’s way, not the world’s way.
Here’s what sets us apart: We have a team of intercessors who pray over every single client, their businesses, their personal lives, their families. Our lead intercessor prays daily, and together we gather weekly to cover our clients in prayer. We also have a team of specialized coaches: a public relations coach, a wealth coach, a sales and business coach, a marketing coach, and even an inner healing coach.
But perhaps the most unique aspect of what we do is the prophetic element. We sit before the Lord and ask Him what may be blocking our clients, how to help them grow, what marketing strategies to use, what platforms they should be on, what content they should create. God gives us downloads, specific strategies tailored to each person. We literally don’t do anything without God’s direction, and then my team and I help our clients implement what He’s revealed.
Sometimes that means deliverance work. If a client comes in struggling with sales and we discern there’s spiritual oppression blocking them, we address it. We get on a Zoom call, we pray, and we cast out demonic strongholds in the name of Jesus. We stand firmly in His authority, and we’ve seen breakthrough after breakthrough because of it.
What’s next?
I’m incredibly excited to announce that in January 2026, we’re launching a men’s division of Consecration Academy. My husband will be spearheading this, and we’re believing God for powerful transformation in the lives of Christian men in business.
If you’re curious about what we do, we offer a 2-week free trial with no strings attached: no contract, no invoice, just an opportunity to experience Holy Spirit-led business coaching for yourself. You can learn more at consecrationacademy.com, or connect with me on Instagram or TikTok at @ciennakopischke. I also host the Christian Business Podcast, where I share more about building Kingdom businesses.
Consecration Academy isn’t just about hitting revenue goals. It’s about stewarding what God has given you, walking in obedience, and bringing wealth back to the Kingdom where it belongs. That’s the call God placed on my life, and I’m honored to walk it out with every client He sends our way.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

If I had to narrow it down to three, I’d say: obedience to the Holy Spirit, discernment and prophetic gifting, and intercession and prayer. Honestly, these three are so intertwined that they’re hard to separate, but each one has been absolutely critical to my journey.
How I developed these:
There’s no secret formula. I just had to start sitting at the feet of Jesus every single day. I had to make it non-negotiable: talking to Him, listening to Him, reading my Bible. That’s where everything developed. The more time I spent with Him, the sharper my discernment became, the clearer His voice got, the more obedient I could be.
For intercession specifically, I learned a lot from Prophet Tiphani Montgomery and other people I watched on YouTube. I also learned from my own intercession team, who continue to cultivate me in prayer. There’s something powerful about being around people who know how to pray, people who can teach you and sharpen you.
A moment when this was crucial:
I had a client who had paid coach after coach after coach, and she was completely fed up. She was stuck at $0 a month in her business, and nothing was working. I remember sitting before the Lord and asking, “God, what’s going on? Why is she paying all these coaches with no results? Why is her business stuck?”
And the Holy Spirit told me: “She’s all over the place. She needs to focus on just one thing.”
All the gurus had told her she needed to be on every platform, doing everything at once. But God wanted her on one platform: Facebook. So I asked the Holy Spirit, “What platform do you want her on?” And He said specifically, “Facebook.”
Together, we cultivated a strategy for her to show up consistently on Facebook. Within 30 days, she was booked out.
That moment was crucial because if we’d just followed conventional business wisdom and kept her scattered across all those platforms, she would have continued spinning her wheels with no sales. But because I listened to the Holy Spirit, we got to the root issue and followed God’s specific strategy for her.
Why this matters:
The Bible tells us in Jeremiah 29:11, “For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord.” That means God already has plans for us. That includes, but is not limited to, our social media strategy, our business strategy, all of it. I don’t want to reinvent the wheel. If there’s already a plan out there for you, I just want to know what it is and help you implement it.
Without discernment, prophetic gifting, and obedience to the Holy Spirit, my clients would be stuck in a rat race, trying to make it work through sheer hustle and human effort. But God’s ways are higher. His plans are better. And they’ve already been written before the foundations of the earth.
My advice for those early in their journey:
Before you move in your business, before you take any more actions, just ask the Holy Spirit if you’re even on the right track. If you don’t know what that looks like, start asking Him specific questions: “God, what is my marketing strategy? What should that look like? What platform should I be posting on? What does my sales strategy look like?”
Then sit. Put on some soaking worship music, grab your journal, and wait for His answer. He may not answer you in that moment. It may take two or three hours of you just sitting there before He fully speaks to you. But just wait and listen. You have to be ready to wait and listen. That’s the biggest thing.
Mistakes I’ve made:
I’m human, so I’m not perfect. There have been times I thought I heard from God when I really didn’t, when it was just my own brain making something up. Those moments happened because I was rushing. I wasn’t posturing myself to sit and listen to what He had to say to me.
That’s the lesson: slow down. Be patient. Don’t move until you’ve truly heard from Him. The more time you spend with God, the more familiar His voice becomes, and the less likely you are to mistake your own thoughts for His direction. But it takes practice, it takes time, and it takes a daily commitment to sit at His feet.

How would you describe your ideal client?

My ideal clients are Christian business owners, typically running service-based businesses, who are making between $1,000 to $5,000 a month and want to scale to $20,000 a month. Some of my clients also run product-based businesses, but the majority are service providers.
Here’s what’s important: they don’t need to already be hearing from God. I’m completely okay teaching them how to do that. But they do need to be open to learning. They need to be willing to talk about deliverance and spiritual warfare, even if they’ve never heard of it before. I’ve had clients who had no idea what deliverance was when they first came to me, and that’s fine. But if someone is resistant to even discussing demons or spiritual warfare, they’re not a good fit for Consecration Academy.
Their level of obedience doesn’t have to be perfect. A minimum level of willingness is enough because we can cultivate and train them to be obedient to the Lord. But they have to be teachable. They have to be open.
Here’s why: we need to be able to cast things off of them in order for them to step into the abundance and freedom God has for them. The Bible says, “Who the Son sets free is free indeed.” That freedom is there. It’s their birthright. But they have to be willing to reach out and receive it.
What makes someone NOT a good fit?
If they’re not open to talking about deliverance, demons, or spiritual warfare, they’re not ready for Consecration Academy. It’s that simple. I can’t help someone break through spiritual oppression if they won’t acknowledge it exists.
What do my best clients have in common?
My best clients, the ones who crush it within 30 to 90 days in my program, all have one thing in common: they listen to the Holy Spirit for themselves.
I don’t teach dictatorship. It’s not, “Sienna heard this, so you have to implement this.” It’s, “Sienna heard this. Now I need you to go sit, fast, and hear for yourself. Learn it. Understand it.”
The clients who are patient and willing to sit and listen are the ones who do the best because they hear from God and receive their own confirmation. Sometimes they come back and say, “Hey, Sienna, God’s not telling me that.” And that’s okay. Sometimes they come back and say, “Yes, God actually confirmed this with me. I’m going to go ahead and start implementing this.” And so we implement together.
Those are my best clients. The ones who don’t just take my word for it, but who go to the Source themselves. They’re the ones who make the most money, who see the breakthrough, who walk in the fullness of what God has for them. Because at the end of the day, this isn’t about following me. It’s about following Him.
