This year has been nothing short of divine alignment. I became monetized across multiple social platforms — proof that consistency and authenticity still pay off. I’ve been blessed to travel, to teach, and to grow, all while being present in my children’s lives.
There’s a deep pride that comes with being both a father and a business owner — watching your vision take shape in real time after years of speaking it into existence. I said it would happen before it did, and now I’m living it. This year stands as my most financially successful yet, but more than that, it’s the year I became everything I used to pray for.

My name is Duryea Paige, CEO and founder of Golden Leaf Consulting, a company built on the belief that purpose and people drive success. I started from humble beginnings — no silver spoon, just a strong faith, a sharp eye for opportunity, and a vision I refused to let die.
At Golden Leaf, we focus on inspiring leadership, strategic recruiting, and building communities through innovation. What makes us unique is the heart behind the hustle — we don’t just build teams; we build people. I’ve traveled across states teaching, training, and opening doors for others to reach their potential, all while staying rooted as a father and man of faith.

What I’m Releasing to Rise
The part of me that has served its purpose — and now must be released — is my immaturity, my anger, and the inconsistency that kept me from walking fully in my purpose. I’m letting go of the ego that once made me feel bigger than my own body, and the arrogance that tried to shield my insecurities.
I’m releasing the love I’ve kept locked inside — the love that was meant to flow freely, not be hidden behind walls built from pain. It’s time to let it move, to let it breathe, and to let it heal. Every piece I release is making space for the man I’ve become — grounded, focused, and finally at peace with who I am and what I’m called to do.

When Success Isn’t Enough
Yes — I’ve reached levels of success and recognition I once dreamed about. The business wins, the notoriety, the validation — I chased it all, and I caught it. But when I finally held it, I realized it didn’t fill the space I thought it would.
What I learned is that success without peace is just noise. The real satisfaction doesn’t come from applause or numbers; it comes from alignment — knowing you’re walking in purpose, not just profit. That lesson humbled me, and it changed how I define winning.
