We recently had the chance to connect with Stephannie Green and have shared our conversation below.
Stephannie , we’re thrilled to have you with us today. Before we jump into your intro and the heart of the interview, let’s start with a bit of an ice breaker: What is something outside of work that is bringing you joy lately?
Great question! This may sound a little cliche. My absolute favorite thing to do is simply walking in nature and fully embracing the four seasons. I love the crisp autumn mornings when I can actually hear the leaves crunching and seeing the beautiful fall foliage colors! It’s a hobby that doesn’t require anything complicated- just presence. It’s a way of recharging and clearing my mental space. It’s perfect for me because it keeps my energy levels high, and my mind focused and creative.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
As a Business Consultant, my focus is on helping small business owners globally, move beyond just surviving to actually thriving. Recently helping business owners obtain six-figure contracts in the fourth quarter of 2025. What makes my approach unique is a dedication to disciplined, executable strategies, combined with creative solutions and a strictly client-centric approach. Remember, finances is more than just numbers. It’s an important, powerful, strategic process. I enjoy empowering others to take action and impact their communities.
Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What relationship most shaped how you see yourself?
Building strong relationships is one of my most central core values, both in business and in life. That approach was most profound shaped by my relationship with my grandfather and my mother.
Growing up they instilled in me powerful life philosophy, in which I now integrate into how I train and coach my clients: Constantly learning, earning and growing.
They taught me the value of the lessons in “growing pains” and to keep pressing for my blessings. “Just like diamonds and gold, be resilient under pressure.” The core belief was: Do the right things and the right things (people) will find you. This means doing good by people, trusting your gut instincts, and making great decisions that consistently move the needle forward and upward. It’s the foundation of my entire client centric approach.
What did suffering teach you that success never could?
My mind goes back to the days of the pandemic. It affected everyone. You may recall, It was no longer doing business as usual. It forced people to pivot or get left behind. It was the type of pivot that changed the trajectory of my life and career. We went from being in person with people face to face, to inviting zoom and teams meetings over the internet with clients. It definitely taught me the importance of pivoting.
Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
The right relationships definitely matter the most. It’s about the “Who” first and foremost. Everything else falls into place.
Before we go, we’d love to hear your thoughts on some longer-run, legacy type questions. If you laid down your name, role, and possessions—what would remain?
An Excellent Spirit!
