Good morning Adithyakiran, it’s such a great way to kick off the day – I think our readers will love hearing your stories, experiences and about how you think about life and work. Let’s jump right in? What is a normal day like for you right now?
For me a typical day begins early and involves some quiet time for organizing and prioritizing tasks. I work on my projects learn new things, and work with others online for the majority of the day. I prefer to maintain a healthy balance between creativity and production so I take brief breaks to refuel or generate fresh concepts. I typically spend the nights reviewing my works making plans for the following days and engagingly in personal hobbies like reading music or trying out new technological items for now its very enjoyable. It strikes an excellent balance in my life

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Adithyakiran PB and I’m a music artist and the founder of ABPXNRECORDS LABEL an independent record label dedicated to supporting emerging artists and bringing authentic music to a global audiences from the world.

At ABPXNRECORDS we focus on giving independent artist the opportunity to showcase their creativity without limitations. What makes our label unique is our hands on approach we combine artisticc freedom with strategic guidance to help artists grow their career while maintaining their individuality and online presences.

Our mission is to create a spaces between artist and the online world where real talent can thrive where every artist feels heard and where music remains true to its roots. Currently we’re expanding our distribution network, enhancing artist development programs and building a creative community that celebrates originality and passion in every form.

Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. Who saw you clearly before you could see yourself?
Before I could truly see myself and my potential it was my wife Nimra Kiran she who saw it clearly. She has always been my biggest supporter ever believing in my vision and in me even when I doubted myself she was there to support me Her encouragement and faith in me have been a driving force behind my journey as a music artist and in building ABPXNRECORDS she is the one behind my successful career

What did suffering teach you that success never could?
Suffering taught me that hard work and never giving up are the keys to growth While success can be rewarding it’s the struggles that truly test your dedication strengthen your resolve and show you what it really takes to achieve your dream

Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. What are the biggest lies your industry tells itself?
One of the biggest lie the music industry tell itself is that success is only measured by fame of the artist streams and chart positions but in reality true artistry isnt about numbers its about authentic expression of their work consistent growth and connecting with listeners on a deeper level Many overlook the value of creativity persistence and building a loyal community chasing short-term recognition instead of long-term impact yesh

Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. If you retired tomorrow, what would your customers miss most?
If I retired tomorrow, I believe my audience and artists would miss the dedication, passion, and authenticity I bring to every project. They would miss a label and a music experience that truly prioritizes artist growth, creative freedom, and meaningful connections with listeners — something that goes beyond just releasing music.
