Melony, it’s always a pleasure to learn from you and your journey. Let’s start with a bit of a warmup: What’s more important to you—intelligence, energy, or integrity?

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Melony Feliciano — CEO, B.A.R. TV Show, LLC

I’m Melony Feliciano, a television and film producer, distributor, and media executive based in New York. As CEO of B.A.R. TV Show, LLC, I specialize in helping creators own, distribute, and monetize their intellectual property across major streaming platforms like Tubi. My work bridges entertainment, empowerment, and entrepreneurship—turning independent projects into profitable assets.

What makes my brand unique is that it’s built on real experience and resilience. I transformed my life from incarceration to industry leadership, and now I use my platform to teach others how to protect their rights, build wealth through ownership, and tell authentic stories that matter.

Currently, I’m producing several original projects including “Well Warriors: Guardians of the Environment,” “UNBREAKABLE: The Melony Feliciano Story,” and a new masterclass series with Sticky Fingaz of Onyx on how to make major independent films. Every project under my brand carries the same mission—to inspire, educate, and empower creators to turn pain into purpose and ideas into equity.

Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. What was your earliest memory of feeling powerful?
Testifying in court against my biological father who sodomized me and had me as his sex slave when I was 9 years old. He was found guilty in Virginia Beach.

When did you stop hiding your pain and start using it as power?
When I almost didn’t survive Covid.

My children

Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. If you knew you had 10 years left, what would you stop doing immediately?
Wasting time.
