Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Josie Fares. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Josie, thank you so much for taking the time to share your lessons learned with us and we’re sure your wisdom will help many. So, one question that comes up often and that we’re hoping you can shed some light on is keeping creativity alive over long stretches – how do you keep your creativity alive?
Creativity, for me, comes from staying connected, to myself, my purpose, and the work I love. My best ideas rarely come from planning; they usually appear in the quiet moments, during meditation, while working with a client, or being in nature. That’s when something new downloads: a healing system, a frequency protocol, or a deeper way to bridge science, soul, and the body.
I’ve learned that creativity flows when I’m balanced and open. I keep that energy alive by learning, studying, and listening, to my clients, my intuition, and my Higher Self.
In the end, creativity is how my soul expresses itself. It’s how I bring love, service, and beauty into everything I create, from skincare to spiritual healing.
Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
I’m the founder of Beyond Wellness & Beauty, a holistic space where science, energy, and soul meet to support deep healing and transformation. My work blends integrative wellness, frequency medicine, QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique), and Akashic Records readings, helping clients heal on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.
What makes my approach unique is that I see each person as a multidimensional being. Whether through skin health, frequency balancing, or soul-level guidance, my goal is to bring the body, mind, and spirit back into harmony.
I’m currently expanding into teaching the Akashic Records and mentorship programs for practitioners who want to integrate frequency and soul work into their healing practice. It’s a beautiful season of bridging, where energy medicine, beauty, and higher consciousness come together to remind us of who we truly are.
Beginning next year, I’ll also be launching a Sister Circle, a safe, nurturing space for women to connect, share, and rise together in healing and awakening. It’s a project close to my heart and a reflection of how powerful community can be on the journey of transformation.
There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Looking back, the three qualities that have been most impactful in my journey are intuition, resilience, and presence.
Intuition has guided every major step in my life and work, from shifting from skincare into holistic healing to creating frequency-based systems that bridge science and soul. Learning to trust that inner voice changes everything.
Resilience has been built through life’s challenges, growing up during the war in Lebanon, rebuilding my life, and finding strength in surrender. Every experience became a teacher in disguise.
And presence, the ability to slow down, listen deeply, and hold space, is what transforms healing. For anyone starting out, I’d say: develop self-trust, stay curious, and nurture your nervous system. From that space, everything you create will carry your true energy.
What’s been one of your main areas of growth this year?
This past year has been about stepping fully into leadership, not just as a healer, but as a teacher. I’ve grown by trusting my voice, refining my systems, and expanding my work to include mentoring other practitioners.
It’s been a year of integration, bringing together everything I’ve studied and lived: frequency medicine, QHHT, Akashic Records, and integrative wellness. The biggest lesson has been learning to hold more light without burning out, creating stronger boundaries, deeper rest, and more intentional energy around how I share my work.
This season feels like a return to purpose, one where I’m not just doing the work, but helping others remember how to do it too.
