Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. What breaks the bonds between people—and what restores them?
In my opinion communication breaks the bonds between people, but also has the power to restore it. Effective commuication=when a person listens to hear, not necessarily to respond, can break bearriers and restore relationships.
Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
Over a year ago, I nearly quit my business due to slow sales and poor results at vendor events. After reassessing and listening to feedback, I diversified my products, adjusted pricing, and expanded into Real Estate and Hotel clients.
Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
Treating people with kindness really matters to me. I do not like to see people mistreated. One of my favorite quotes says, “In a world where you can be anything, be kind.”
Thank you so much for all of your openness so far. Maybe we can close with a future oriented question. Could you give everything your best, even if no one ever praised you for it?
Doing the right thing matters, even if you are not rewarded for it by others. At times, doing so can make you feel unappreciated. However, I remember that God will reward me for my good works.
