Hi Luis, thank you for taking the time to reflect back on your journey with us. I think our readers are in for a real treat. There is so much we can all learn from each other and so thank you again for opening up with us. Let’s get into it: What’s more important to you—intelligence, energy, or integrity?
Integrity, because the words are a very valuable treasure

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Luis Corona is a highly experienced professional dancer, having spent
over 12 years with the Teresa Carreño Ballet Company in Caracas,
Venezuela. In addition, he has over 9 years of experience as a professional
artistic photographer with the Teresa Carreño Theatre Foundation. His
deep connection with the dance world has sharpened his ability to capture
dancers’ movements, techniques, and emotions, translating these into
powerful visual stories.
With formal training in photography and lighting, Luis has developed
advanced composition techniques and spearheaded creative projects such
as artistic calendars and advertising campaigns for prestigious institutions,
including the Teresa Carreño Ballet Company, National Dance
Company, and Nuevo Mundo Ballet Company. His photography has also
contributed to the International Ballet Festival of Miami, Dimension
Dance Company, Monterrey Ballet Company, and various cultural
events such as the Caracas International Ballet Competition and Pura
Danza Dance Festival.
Luis has also worked in collaboration with the Documentary Center of the
Teresa Carreño Theatre Foundation, holding specialized workshops on
capturing the movement of dancers. As a speaker, he has shared his
expertise on dance photography at the International Book Festival
(FILVEN).
His artistic contributions extend beyond photography. Luis has served as a
Stage Manager for national and international tours of the Teresa Carreño
Ballet, Director of Photography at Verdanza Production Company, and
Audiovisual Editor at Artico Imagen CA. He has also worked as an
Assistant Director and Choreographer for La Compañía de la
Camerata Barroca y Renacentista de Caracas, and has photographed
the Municipal Orchestras of Caracas in several opera seasons, including
the renowned production of La Bohème with Gustavo Dudamel and the
Simón Bolívar Orchestra.
Currently based in Miami, Florida, Luis has continued to expand his reach,
photographing for the Danzando por la Paz Festival and collaborating
with various international companies.

Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. What’s a moment that really shaped how you see the world?
I think I began this change of vision from the moment I lost my wife, she always gave me options to see differently and I never understood it until she closed her eyes and I began to see through hers.

If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
Never let them stop your desire to change, to evolve,

Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? Is the public version of you the real you?
I never wearing two mask

Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. What do you understand deeply that most people don’t?
Happiness is a state of mind that brings peace to your life, it is not associated with what another person can give you!!!
