Alright, so we’re so thrilled to have Tay Rose with us today – welcome and maybe we can jump right into it with a question about one of your qualities that we most admire. How did you develop your work ethic? Where do you think you get it from?
My work ethic comes from knowing I’m breaking generational curses and building something bigger than myself. 🌹 Growing up, I didn’t see a roadmap for success laid out for me. I had to create one. Watching my family, I learned early on that discipline, consistency, and sacrifice are the keys to change.
Every bag I own, every collaboration, every feature is a reflection of my grind not shortcuts, not handouts. 💼 I built a name you can Google and read about in magazines because I put in the work when no one was clapping.
My work ethic is fueled by legacy. I know I’m paving the way for my kids, my family, and the next generation of women who want to turn dreams into a lifestyle.
Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
I’m Tay Rose Dior a Famous Public Figure, Celebrity Stylist, Model, Makeup Artist, Digital CEO and a multimillionaire. 🌹 My journey started in Atlanta, where I immersed myself in fashion and entertainment, working alongside some of the biggest names in music and reality TV. What makes my work exciting is that it’s not just about styling clothes or creating looks. It’s about transforming confidence and showing women that luxury, legacy, and financial freedom are possible when you put strategy behind your vision.
Professionally, I’ve built a brand that merges high fashion with entrepreneurship. My extensive Hermès Birkin and Kelly collection, Cartier jewelry, and luxury lifestyle aren’t just accessories they represent discipline, sacrifice, and proof that consistency pays off. I’ve been featured in VoyageATL, ShoutoutATL, CanvasRebel, Maxim, and more, and those features remind me that my story is resonating and inspiring others.
Right now, I’m focused on expanding my empire. That includes launching my Wealth System, which is designed to teach others how to invest, build credit, and create multimillion-dollar businesses. I’m also continuing to grow my modeling career, collaborating with designers, and building my presence on global platforms.
What’s most special about my brand is that I’m not selling a dream. I’m living it. Every move I make is about building generational wealth, showing that you can go from overlooked to unforgettable, and proving that legacy is the real luxury.
There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Looking back, the three most impactful qualities in my journey have been discipline, vision, and resilience.
Discipline is what kept me moving even when nobody was clapping yet. I didn’t wait for validation. I stayed consistent and built a brand people now recognize globally. Vision allowed me to see beyond the moment. From styling celebrities to creating a wealth system, I always looked at the bigger picture and asked: how does this decision build legacy? Resilience is what carried me through setbacks. Not everything was easy, but every obstacle sharpened me and pushed me closer to my goals.
For anyone early in their journey, my advice is this:
Develop discipline by setting small, daily habits and sticking to them success comes from what you repeat.
Protect your vision don’t expect everyone to understand your dream, because it wasn’t given to them, it was given to you.
Build resilience by not letting failures define you. Failures are simply lessons, and lessons lead to elevation.
Your journey will test you, but if you combine discipline, vision, and resilience, you’ll create a life and brand that no one can deny.
