We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Michael Ceorgoveanu. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Michael below.
Hi Michael , you’ve got such an interesting story, but before we jump into that, let’s first talk about a topic near and dear to us – generosity. We think success, happiness and wellbeing depends on authentic generosity and empathy and so we’d love to hear about how you become such a generous person – where do you think your generosity comes from?
My generosity comes from my mother who is no longer alive. She would always do for others even when she didn’t have much for herself, she would always be the first to sacrifice what she wants, so others can have what they want. She would work hard and give her money to us for things we wanted or needed. She would always make conversation with strangers out and about.
Another side of my generosity comes from God. Being a born again child of God with the Holy Spirit living inside me, is to be Christ-like through the love of God. Jesus set the example of how to love others, give to those in need, etc…

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
I have an online ministry for God which I started when I was 30 years old, I’m now 40. I’ve always had a passion for helping others less fortunate because I feel for them emotionally. I’ve always wanted to change the world for the better and I always thought that meant having all the money in the world. But that only takes care of the surface level of problems in this world.
I have come to realize that the root problem is spiritually. And that sharing the Gospel of Salvation helps saves souls through Jesus Christ, giving them eternal life after this life. That is what is most important in life and that is why John 3:16 is my favorite scripture. And Revelation 2:14 is my second favorite.
As well as being a giver, I am also a protector by nature, as a Warrior for Christ. I’m always seeking opportunities to help and protect others whenever I can, to the best of my ability. There’s no greater feeling than giving to others and not asking for anything in return. Allowing God to use you to bless that person. There’s no greater feeling than showing the love of Christ towards others.
This ministry is a threat to the kingdom of darkness so much that the devil “satan” himself spoke audibly to me with an offer. He said to me “I will let you live happily without warfare, if you remove your ministries”
I don’t worship the devil, so I rebuked his offer and the ministry still stands. The ministry is on YouTube under the channel name @HolySpiritMessenger. My family and I (wife and 2 children) have been facing crazy warfare eversince. But we will continue to serve the Lord!

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Reading God’s Word (the Holy Bible) was an area of knowledge that was necessary for my ministry. I needed to know His Word in truth, in order to teach others how to live by example.
Knowing that I first had to repent as a sinner and accept Jesus as my only Lord and Savior into my life, and the gift of Him dying on the cross for me, is what helped me to understand God’s Word not off my own interpretation. And to have a relationship with both the Father Yahweh and the Son Yeshua.
I would say skills would be breaking down God’s Word scripture by scripture, in order to receive the full message being told. Knowing how to use the YouTube platform to record and upload videos. Using parables to help others understand the scriptures in comparison to real life examples.
Advice that I have for those who are just starting out their journey, is to never give up! Once you give up, the dream is dead and will never become reality. To not listen what others have to say about your journey. It’s YOUR journey for a reason, not theirs. They won’t understand you, your mind toward it, your time invested in it and your heart that drives it. Only YOU do. Give it all that you got, hold nothing back! Study, practice, learn your craft to perfection. It’s hard at the beginning but endure through and it will pay off in the end.

Before we go, any advice you can share with people who are feeling overwhelmed?
When I feel overwhelmed I just go right to prayer and give it all to God. As His Word says, lay your burden at my feet and I will give you rest. Also talk to God, He knows you best. He is your Father after all, if you have chosen to repent as a sinner and accept Jesus’s free gift of dying on the cross for your sins.
Advice for others would be the same as above, but also have a healthy balance. Don’t take on more than you can handle at once. Pace yourself, set goals, deadlines, etc…
