Meet Hollywood Cue

We recently connected with Hollywood Cue and have shared our conversation below.

Hollywood, so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?

My purpose comes from wanting to be great, be somebody who impacts history, be somebody who leaves a blueprint to success for the next few generations who come behind me. I lost my oldest sister to a car accident back in 2014, and while I was at the funeral I just kept hearing how people spoke about her, how many people showed up, how she impacted so many lives in her short 36 yrs on earth. After that moment, my whole mindset changed, I had this Kobe mentality, like if imma dedicate myself to something, imma make sure I’m great at, whatever it may be. Shortly after that, the suicides began. I lost real friends, matter fact saying friends would be an understatement. I lost real brothers back to back to back to back, year after year after year after year. and those loses right there, were the ones that turned me into ahhh monster. After skinny passed, I made a vow to myself that I would do everything in my power to use my music, brand, and last moments to make sure me, the bros, even the world didn’t forget about them. My purpose came from taking losses, and figuring out how to come back better, stronger, wiser, and most importantly fearless.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

Man, I’m one of those people that always has something going on. I keep my hands in a lot of pots all at once. Monday you might catch me fixing or painting a set of rims, Tuesday you might catch me painting a master bedroom, Wednesday I could be in the studio recording the next billboard hit, Thursday you might catch me on Warzone giving people the business, Friday I could be in the lab laser engraving a custom order. I honestly do a lot, I’m always thinking of ways to make more money, whether it’s hands on or passive. But right now my music career, and building up the wheel repair business, and one day expanding into an all around custom one stop shop is the main focus. I’m one of the best automotive wheel repair techs in the city, come holla at me!

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

The first quality would have to be my ability to adapt, or for better words be diverse. I never let anybody put me in a pocket, category, or stereotype. I had people close to me continuously reminding me to think outside the box/stay true to myself. I think that might be the biggest and most important for anybody trying to follow in my steps.

The second thing would have to be my ability to read people. I read the 48 laws of power while I was in LA for 2 weeks, back in 2021. Robert Greene gave good game from front to back, I studied that book cover to cover, and every subject he spoke on opened my eyes more and more. My ability to read people/the room gave me an upper hand especially in music business.

The last thing I would say is, my ability to have a conversation with anybody. I can talk religion with the pastor, sports with the sports fanatics, cars with the car people, music with the older and younger generation, I literally can talk to anybody about almost any subject. I started studying quantum physics on my own time back in March of 2025, just so I can have that knowledge in my back pocket whenever I may need it. You’ll only get as far, as the person you stop and talk to for no reason. Stay well rounded, stay ready, you never know how a short conversation about golf in an elevator may change your whole life trajectory.

What’s been one of your main areas of growth this year?

Patience is the biggest lesson I learned in the last 12 months. I used to try my hardest to make things happen on my time that I had zero control over. Until the point where I’d almost drive myself insane, or destroy everything in my path. I was scrolling through tiktok one day, and a video of a homeless man popped up. His words captivated me, he said “everybody is in a rush to get to the end, but don’t know they’ll be disappointed. It’s not about the end it’s about the journey you took to get there.”

Now that one phrase stuck with me ever since that day. I stopped rushing, and getting irritated when things didn’t go how I planned or envisioned. I learned how to map out the plan, follow through, and trust the process instead of taking short cuts to hell
