Meet Kemi Samuel

We recently connected with Kemi Samuel and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Kemi, really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?

I didn’t set out thinking I’d build a platform or start a community. It really began with my mom. She used to encourage me, even as a teenager, to teach younger kids about God. I started small, helping out in children’s ministry, telling Bible stories, learning how to make the lessons come alive. Over time, it stopped feeling like something I did on the side and started feeling like part of who I am.

When I got married and had my own kids, that same desire only grew stronger. I wanted them to know God for themselves, not just hear about Him. So, I began creating little tools and visuals to help them understand and apply what we were learning. From there, Twins&Enny was born; named after my kids. It became a platform to share those same kinds of resources with other families.

As things grew, I realized mothers needed just as much encouragement and guidance as the kids did. That’s how Graceful Mothers came about; an extension of the same heart, just focused on helping moms raise godly children while still nurturing their own faith and peace.

Looking back, I see that my purpose was there all along. It just kept unfolding with each stage of life: teaching, parenting, creating, and now walking alongside other mothers doing the same.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

Professionally, everything I do ties back to one mission: helping families draw closer to God in practical, everyday ways. Through Twins&Enny, I create faith-based resources that help parents teach their kids about God with clarity and creativity. What started as me making little lessons and visuals for my own children has now grown into a full platform that reaches families all over the world.

Out of that, Graceful Mothers was born, a community where moms can find encouragement, biblical teaching, and support as they raise godly children. It’s a space that reminds women they’re not alone and that grace really can meet us in the middle of motherhood.

What excites me most is seeing how something as simple as a prayer guide, devotional, or conversation in our community can spark change in a home. I love watching faith come alive not just in kids, but in the mothers who are guiding them.

Right now, we’re focused on growing the Graceful Mothers community and expanding our collection of family devotionals and children’s Bible story resources. We also have a series of animated Bible story videos for kids on our Youtube Channel (@twinsandenny). Our website is www.twinsandenny.com; that’s where you can find our resources. We are also on various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube). All our handles are @twinsandenny

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Looking back, three things have made the biggest difference for me: faith, consistency, and a willingness to keep learning.

Faith kept me grounded when things felt uncertain. There were seasons when growth was slow or I wasn’t sure what direction to take next, but trusting God’s timing helped me stay steady. For anyone starting out, I’d say don’t rush what God is still shaping. Stay faithful with what’s in your hands right now.

Consistency mattered more than big bursts of inspiration. Whether it was posting content, teaching lessons, or building a community, the small, steady steps added up over time. My advice would be to show up even when it feels like no one’s watching; that’s often where character and clarity are built.

And learning—both formally and through experience, kept me growing. I read, took classes, listened, and paid attention to what worked and what didn’t. For those just beginning, stay curious. Ask questions, learn from others, and don’t be afraid to adjust along the way.

Those three things together: faith, consistency, and a teachable spirit, have carried me farther than talent or opportunity ever could.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?

Yes, I’m always open to meaningful collaborations, especially with people and brands who share a heart for faith, family, and purposeful living. I love partnering on projects that help parents raise godly children or encourage mothers in their walk with God.

That could look like faith-based campaigns, resource development, speaking engagements, or creative collaborations that align with our message at Twins&Enny and Graceful Mothers.

Beyond our content and community, we also reach out to help moms who are walking through difficult seasons and donate faith-based and material resources to children in need. For anyone who wants to support that work, donations can be made directly through our website at www.twinsandenny.com
.

If you’d like to collaborate or connect, you can reach us through the website or email [email protected]. I truly value partnerships that build the Kingdom and make a lasting impact in families.
