Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Jeremy Opher. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Jeremy, thanks so much for taking the time to share your insights and lessons with us today. We’re particularly interested in hearing about how you became such a resilient person. Where do you get your resilience from?
My resilience really comes from one question I ask myself: What’s my purpose?
For me, my purpose starts with me — being the head of my family and the one leading our legacy. I want my last name to carry weight, to mean something, and to be passed down to my kids with pride.
Lately, I’ve been focused on two things: legacy and peace. That’s what keeps me grounded and pushes me to keep fighting through the storms.
That purpose turns into drive — the kind that keeps me building toward a better future.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
I create conversations that matter. Through my podcast and my brand, I focus on transparency, self-awareness, and growth. especially for men who are trying to find peace, purpose, and balance in their lives.
What excites me most is seeing people connect with the realness of it. I’m not putting on a show. I’m just sharing truth, lessons, and experiences we can all relate to. It’s about starting conversations that remind people they’re not alone.
Outside of the podcast, I’ve been building my clothing line, 11:11, which represents alignment, legacy, and timing. It’s about wearing something that means something. Right now, I’m working on expanding the line with new pieces and visuals that match the message. peace, purpose, and presence
There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Looking back, I’d say the three things that shaped my journey the most were self-awareness, consistency, and emotional intelligence.
Self-awareness taught me to face myself. To understand who I am, what I need, and what I bring to the table. Consistency taught me patience and discipline. because nothing meaningful happens overnight. And emotional intelligence helped me learn how to communicate better, build relationships, and stay calm when life gets loud.
For anyone just starting their journey, my advice is simple: be honest with yourself, stay committed even when it’s not exciting, and never stop learning how to manage your emotions. Once you can master yourself, everything else starts to fall into place.
What’s been one of your main areas of growth this year?
Over the past year, my biggest area of growth has been learning to slow down and protect my peace. I used to feel like I had to constantly be on the move. Chasing progress, proving myself, making things happen. But I’ve learned that peace is just as productive as hustle.
I’ve gotten better at setting boundaries, saying no when I need to, and trusting the timing of things. That shift has helped me create from a place of calm instead of chaos. It’s been about learning that growth doesn’t always look loud. Sometimes it’s quiet, patient, and intentional.
