Hi Quincy, thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?
I get my work ethics from God and also from my mother!
I see my mother working hard every single day, and she never gave up on me and my siblings!
That motivated me to continue to stay strong and keep grinding for life!

I started a production company called wave Entertainment!
This production company consist of a team of Music producers that produce all genres of music across the world!
Our goal and mission is to create and produce all genres of instrumentals! Hip Hop, RnB, Country, AfroBeats, Lo-FI, rap, EDM, pop, rock, etc!
These instrumentals can be used for all purposes!
The goal is to create new sounds and frequencies to put out into the world, so that we can make a positive impact on human lives!
Our instrumentals can be used for entertainment, music, healing, workouts, and many more activities!
Along side of Music, I help human beings get through difficult times and challenges in life!
Being a life Coach isn’t easy, but it’s definitely worth it! It pushes you to become the best version of yourself, so that you can give your best self to the world and the people that need it the most!
Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Three most important quality skills for me would be patient’s, Money management, and consistency!
I believe that these skills helped me throughout my journey and kept me at peace while going through the ups and downs and learning the ins and outs about the business!
The advice that I have for people that are early in their journey would be to stay consistent! Always remember that failure is a step closer to victory! And patience is the most important part!
Alright so to wrap up, who deserves credit for helping you overcome challenges or build some of the essential skills you’ve needed?
God has been the most helpful source in my life!
Without the number one source, I would be lost in this world!
God has showed me that he loves me and he will never leave me even when I’m going through challenges and trials in life!
The more I got closer to God, the more he spoke to me and showed me the essential skills and quality of knowledge needed to move forward in my journey!
