Christina , thrilled to have you on the platform as I think our readers can really benefit from your insights and experiences. In particular, we’d love to hear about how you think about burnout, avoiding or overcoming burnout, etc.

Getting outside to the canyons or the beach. Napping!! If I have a lot going on I’ll make sure to plan time afterwards to decompress and relax.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

It’s been a dream come true to play Judge Cassandra Gray on Law and Order. Next case!!

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Being resilient, determined and trust. I had resilience and determination think since birth, but the trust is the one I’ve just started to get into my bones more. To know who I am and what I offer.

Before we go, any advice you can share with people who are feeling overwhelmed?

After talking to my husband or a friend, I’ll get some perspective and then focus on gratitude for the opportunities around the overwhelm and take it one step at a time! Listening to music, dancing, exercising, acupuncture, laughing also help move the energy out!
