Meet Stephanie Jameson

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Stephanie Jameson a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Stephanie , we’re so appreciative of you taking the time to share your nuggets of wisdom with our community. One of the topics we think is most important for folks looking to level up their lives is building up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Can you share how you developed your confidence?

Body work, breath work, mindset belief upgrades and being stubbornly faithful about why I am here. I, like many others have had to work through some reprogramming and unlearning throughout my journey. Although there are many beautiful healing modalities out there, I found that leaning into trauma healing, energy work ( such as reiki, meditation and somatic work ) as well as rewiring my mind with certain mantras has helped me with confidence and self esteem expansion.

Aside from the internal work I have put in, I feel it is important to mention that having the right people by my side has been crucial as well. Ones who encouraged me to follow my heart and towards a higher timeline became a non negotiable. Your inner circle truly makes a difference.

I find that when it comes to confidence and self esteem building it is an ever evolving journey because as we level up on the path a new hurdle is often presented that may challenge our confidence levels again. The key is remembering how far you’ve come, offer yourself grace / compassion and all the self lovery you can as you break patterns and align with an upgraded version of yourself.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

As an evidential medium, author, coach, and speaker, my work centers on helping people remember who they truly are. I guide clients in connecting with spirit, expanding their consciousness as they shift from fear back into love. Whether through mediumship, intuitive development, or transformational coaching, my focus is always on empowering others to trust their inner voice, heal karmic patterns, and navigate their awakening with clarity and confidence.

What excites me most is witnessing people reconnect to their own divine intelligence — that moment when something clicks, the veil lifts, and they realize they were never alone or disconnected to begin with. My brand is rooted in deep integrity, grounded spirituality, and evidence-based mediumship, which allows me to bridge spirituality with the practical in a way that feels accessible, supportive, and real.

I also continue to expand my offerings, from courses to workshops, live events, and new writing projects. Everything I create is designed to elevate consciousness and remind people that heaven is not somewhere “out there” — it’s a frequency we emit, embody, and experience when we return to our truest self.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Looking back, three qualities have shaped my journey more than anything else: deep trust, emotional resilience, and a commitment to spiritual discernment.

Trust — in myself, in spirit, and in the unseen — became the foundation. Learning to follow my inner voice, even when it made no logical sense, is what allowed my gifts and my purpose to unfold.

Emotional resilience came from doing my own healing work. You cannot guide others through awakening, grief, or transformation without having walked through your own shadows with honesty and compassion.

And spiritual discernment has been essential — the ability to distinguish intuition from fear, ego from truth, and guidance from noise. It keeps my work grounded, ethical, and deeply evidential.

For anyone early in their journey, my advice is simple:
Start by strengthening your connection with yourself. Your intuition cannot lead if you’re not listening.
Do the inner work. Healing your emotional patterns will open your spiritual channel faster than any technique ever will.
And most importantly, stay curious and stay humble as there is always more to learn and experience. Your gifts will grow as you do. You don’t need to have everything figured out — you just keep taking the next aligned step being presented.

Any advice for folks feeling overwhelmed?

When I feel overwhelmed, the first thing I do is try to lighten and shift the energy. For me, that often means laughter — real, unfiltered, belly laughter. It’s one of the fastest ways to regulate the nervous system, shift our frequency, and bring us back into the present moment. Laughter reminds me that even in the intensity of soul growth, life doesn’t always have to be so serious.

I also come back to very simple grounding practices: deep breathing, stepping outside, placing a hand over my heart, or taking a moment to consciously slow everything down. These small resets signal safety to the body and help me return to myself. Daily grounding work is one of my non negotiables.

But maybe the most important thing I’ve learned is to release the pressure to “do it right.” When I allow myself to be human, to soften, to be a little messy, the journey becomes a lot more joyful. Overwhelm dissolves when we stop fighting the moment and learn to lean into it with curiosity instead of so much fear.

My advice is this:
Find the things that make you laugh, breathe deeper than you think you need to, and give yourself permission to lighten up as you allow your nervous system to recalibrate.
