Meet Allison Bray

We were lucky to catch up with Allison Bray recently and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Allison, so happy to have you on the platform with us today and excited to chat about your lessons and insights. Our ability to make good decisions can massively impact our lives, careers and relationships and so it would be very helpful to hear about how you built your decision-making skills.

I learned early on that the only way to move forward, whether it’s with a creative idea or a business decision, is to make the decision. Some choices can be adjusted or pivoted later and some can’t, but the act of deciding is what creates momentum. Spending too much time thinking about what to do instead of actually doing it keeps you stuck. If you’re motivated to grow, learning to be decisive will become one of your greatest assets.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

I’m the founder of My Motherhood Agenda, a brand designed to make motherhood more manageable. Our signature product, The Motherhood Agenda, was created to help mothers find balance and organization through every stage — from postpartum to the ever-changing days that follow.

What makes it special is how intentional it is. It’s not just a planner, it’s a tool built with moms in mind. Every page was thoughtfully created to help women feel a little more grounded, capable, and confident. From meal planning and cleaning schedules to self-care reflections, it’s designed to make sure mothers don’t just get through the day, but truly thrive in it.

Right now, we’re gearing up to launch our Postpartum Agenda on Black Friday. It’s a product I’m incredibly proud of because it supports new mothers in such a delicate, transformative season. The goal is simple — to help moms navigate the early days with more grace, structure, and self-compassion.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Looking back, the three qualities that have made the biggest impact on my journey are resilience, organization, and creativity.

Resilience has carried me through every stage — from sleepless nights as a new mom to late nights building a business. Things don’t always go as planned, but learning to recover quickly and move forward is everything.

Organization is what turned ideas into something tangible. I learned early on that structure creates freedom. When you have a plan, you can actually make space for creativity and calm — that’s really at the heart of My Motherhood Agenda.

And creativity keeps it all exciting. Whether it’s designing a product or reimagining how motherhood can feel manageable, creativity reminds me there’s always another way.

For anyone just starting, my advice is to embrace the learning curve. Be willing to evolve, build habits that ground you, and protect your spark — that combination will take you farther than you think.

Okay, so before we go we always love to ask if you are looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?

Absolutely. I’m always looking to connect with other motherhood-focused brands, therapists, creators, and companies that share the mission of supporting women through every stage of motherhood. Whether it’s through thoughtful products, services, or shared resources, collaboration is one of the best ways to expand impact and help moms feel truly seen and supported.

If you’re a brand or professional who believes in making motherhood more manageable and meaningful, I’d love to connect. You can reach out through www.MyMotherhoodAgenda.com
