Jedidiah , so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?

I’ve found my purpose by looking deep within myself and remembering most of my childhood memories, because our childhood seems to be the place where most of what we become is defined. Our mind, body and Soul tells us what exactly we are gonna be in the future, those passions we follow, interest, and things that drove our excitement Those are the places I go to for healing and redirection. by playing back memories, From there, I found out that my direction is towards long-term impact, creating for generations and not just for the moment. All of these assisted me in defining my purpose,

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

I am Jedidiah Peters popularly known as Tito Da Fire, a Creative Entrepreneur, an Artist and an Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) specialist telling timeless stories, and building timeless connections between Global brands, music and talents. I have a Masters Degree in Communications Studies, Bachelors degree in Accountancy, and a licensed Project Manager Professional – PMP, serving on the Board of PMI Fort Worth Texas as VP Marketing and Communications., also on the Board of G2M Creatives an IMC Creative Agency. and I am a Voting Member of the Recording Academy. In addition to providing enterprise level training solutions, I am currently sphear-heading a 100-Day Creative Leadership challenge tagged “I CAN CREATE – 100”, Launching across Digital media platforms on November 17, 2025, in addition to promoting a new record titled “Anywhere” by Tito Da Fire.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

The three qualities, skills and areas of knowledge that have most impacted my journey are Business management, Creative Production and Technical proficiency, additionally, project management and marketing tenacity, long-term tunnel vision and regularly upgrading my skills have kept me afloat with managerial skills, leadership skills, and digital skills. a very strong knowledge in organizational leadership that has helped me to keep above water. My advice for those who are early in their career journey they have to invest in themselves, invest in relevant knowledge, learning new skills, that will be most relevant and at every point in time keep upgrading themselves.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?

Yes, I am looking to partner with potential seed investors to explore one of the fastest growing mass markets in sub-saharan Africa, which is Nigeria, in which I am on the board of a thriving IMC Agency, and I am excited about expanding the enormous growth potential.
