We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Camille Sacco. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Camille below.
Hi Camille, really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?
I found my purpose in the quiet spaces where most people never think to look. After years in the corporate world, I realized that what truly lit me up wasn’t the pace or the productivity. It was the moments of stillness I created for myself between all the noise. As I deepened my own meditation practice, I began to understand that stillness isn’t empty; it’s a doorway. It’s where the wisdom of the soul speaks, softly but unmistakably. That realization became the compass for everything I do now. My purpose is to guide people back to that inner refuge, to help them slow down long enough to hear the truth that’s already within them.
In my work, whether I’m leading a crystal bowl sound bath, guiding a forest-bathing meditation, or teaching mindfulness to senior leaders, I’ve seen firsthand how transformative these pauses can be. My focus has always been on creating accessible, grounded experiences that blend science, spirituality, and a bit of poetry. Stillness is what I teach, but what my students discover is so much bigger: clarity, compassion, and a reconnection with their own inner teacher. Helping people listen to the wisdom of their soul isn’t just my purpose; it’s the thread that weaves through everything I offer, from my classes to my writing to the way I walk through the world.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
What excites me most about my work is witnessing the visible shift that happens when people finally give themselves permission to slow down. My brand is rooted in a simple but powerful intention: to help people reconnect to their inner stillness so they can move through life with clarity, groundedness, and a sense of soulful alignment. Whether I’m guiding meditations for large corporations, offering community sound baths, or holding small, intimate classes, my approach weaves together mindfulness, stillness, sound, and a warm, accessible style that meets people exactly where they are. I love creating experiences that feel both nurturing and transformative, spaces where people can come home to themselves.
One of the offerings I’m especially excited about right now is my forest-bathing meditation experience. It brings together mindful walking, stillness, guided meditation, and crystal bowl sound healing in nature…a combination that helps people drop into a deeper level of presence. It’s become one of my most meaningful services because it reminds participants of something ancient and instinctive: that nature itself is a teacher. Along with that, I continue to offer guided meditation sessions, crystal bowl sound baths, and specialized classes for organizations looking to support the wellbeing of their teams. Everything I offer is designed to reconnect people to their inner wisdom, one breath, one pause, one moment of stillness at a time.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Looking back, three qualities have been especially impactful in my journey: curiosity, courage, and consistency. Curiosity was the spark. It led me to explore meditation, mindfulness, sound healing, and eventually the deeper layers of stillness that form the heart of my work today. Courage allowed me to follow that spark even when it meant stepping into the unknown, shifting careers, or trusting my intuition over external expectations. And consistency, the quiet, steady commitment to my own practice built the inner foundation that makes it possible for me to guide others. Stillness isn’t something you teach from theory; it’s something you teach from lived experience, moment by moment.
For anyone early in their journey, start by nurturing your curiosity. Let yourself explore what genuinely lights you up without forcing it into a career shape right away. Pay attention to what brings you peace, what expands your heart, and what feels like truth in your body. To build courage, begin with small acts of alignment…tiny steps that honor who you’re becoming. The more you practice listening inward, the more natural (and less scary) those steps become. And above all, commit to consistency. Create a simple practice you can return to daily, even if it’s just a few minutes of stillness or mindful breathing. Purpose isn’t found in a single moment; it’s revealed through showing up, again and again, until the path becomes clear.

What has been your biggest area of growth or improvement in the past 12 months?
Over the past year, my biggest area of growth has been deepening my consistency, both in my personal practice and in how I show up for others. I’ve learned that consistency isn’t about perfection; it’s about devotion. It’s the steady, daily return to stillness that keeps me aligned with my purpose, even when life gets noisy. That commitment has strengthened not only my inner foundation but also the quality and clarity of the spaces I hold for others.
I’ve also experienced tremendous growth in overcoming my fear of speaking in front of people. For a long time, that fear made me feel small, but I realized it was because I believed the spotlight was on me. This past year has taught me something liberating: it’s not about me at all: it’s about the message. When I focus on the teachings, the stillness, and the service behind my work, the fear dissolves. I become a channel rather than a performer. Embracing that shift has allowed me to step more confidently into larger rooms, to guide groups with more ease, and to trust that when I speak from my soul, the right people always hear exactly what they need.
