Meet Faith Morris

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Faith Morris. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Faith below.

Faith, so great to have you with us and we want to jump right into a really important question. In recent years, it’s become so clear that we’re living through a time where so many folks are lacking self-confidence and self-esteem. So, we’d love to hear about your journey and how you developed your self-confidence and self-esteem.

Honestly, I’ve always been a confident, outgoing person but real confidence didn’t show up until I hit rock bottom. When you have nothing left to lose, you start to realize, ‘Okay, I can’t stay here. I have to believe in myself because no one else can do this for me.’ That’s when self-esteem stops being a trait and starts being a choice. I surrounded myself with people who poured into me, who reminded me what I was capable of and little by little, I started to rebuild that version of myself that felt unstoppable.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

Before starting my business, I spent years managing million-dollar healthcare budgets and running logistics-heavy programs across hospitality and disability coordination. I’ve seen the inside of more messy operations than I can count and I genuinely love cleaning them up.

That mix of structure and empathy is what shaped my current company, a consultancy for multi-priority founders who want sustainable growth without burning out. I help entrepreneurs build operational infrastructure that supports their real livesnot just their to-do lists and work with their teams to make it happen.. It’s not about prettier SOPs or color-coded dashboards. It’s about creating businesses that don’t rely on you remembering everything. Businesses that give you back time and genuine momentum. There is so much leadership and team development that often gets missed in operations and I love digging into those gaps with my clients.

Because if you’re not excited about your business anymore… what’s the point?

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Humility is the reason I’ve been able to grow as much as I have. You can’t evolve if you think you’ve already “arrived.” If you’re too confident to learn, you won’t go far. Humility lets you ask better questions, accept feedback, and stay grounded when things are going well.

Relational Communication is so much of what I do whether in operations, leadership, or even networking. Everything comes down to how well people communicate. Clear, kind, direct communication can save months of confusion and resentment. It’s what builds trust on teams, with clients, and with yourself. Don’t hide behind professionalism. Say what you mean and be yourself fully. The more human your communication is, the more effective your business becomes.

Lastly, resilience. You don’t really know what you’re capable of until you have to rebuild from nothing. Resilience isn’t just about pushing through hard time, it’s about maintaining your sense of self while doing it. Let yourself cry, don’t give a crap about what anyone thinks and celebrate every single win, even tiny ones. Over time, those moments compound into trust in yourself that you’ll look back on

What has been your biggest area of growth or improvement in the past 12 months?

Over the past 12 months, I’ve grown more than I could have imagined, not just as a business owner, but as a leader. I’ve learned how to fully own my expertise and operate in my zone of genius. I’ve seen firsthand how powerful well-built offers can be when they’re rooted in what you love to do, who you’re serving and why.

This year also stretched me in the best way when it comes to relationships. I learned how to build partnerships that aren’t just “collaborations,” but true extensions of what I’m building. I’ve become more intentional about who I connect with, how I nurture those relationships, and how much opportunity is created when you focus on people over performance.
