Meet Atticus Roness

We were lucky to catch up with Atticus Roness recently and have shared our conversation below.

Atticus, thanks so much for taking the time to share your insights and lessons with us today. We’re particularly interested in hearing about how you became such a resilient person. Where do you get your resilience from?

I just love what I do. Everything goes to the wayside when I’m singing and playing my songs. All fears, doubts, worries and fatigue, while still present, are null and void when you make art for the sake of it and the love of it

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

I am doing some cool things and just plan to keep releasing tunes. Hopefully people dig it, but I certainly do, which is enough for me. The next album in 2026 is grittier, harder, meaner and better than anything I’ve ever done

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

I think dedication, work ethic and optimism are three keys to doing what you love for a long period of time. My advice is do it with all that you have. It could be the reason you succeed, and it certainly won’t be the reason you fail. Keep your head high and be proud

Awesome, really appreciate you opening up with us today and before we close maybe you can share a book recommendation with us. Has there been a book that’s been impactful in your growth and development?

The Beatles chord book. I’m not too much of a reader these days, but I flip through this chord book and always pop out a song or two.
