Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Magda Fuskova. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Hi Magda, thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?

I think my work ethic and discipline comes from a sports background . If you want to be successful , you need to work for it, it doesn’t happen automatically … I always want to be reliable for others. Before I promise something, I think about it and don’t promise if I am not 100% sure.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

I came to the US from Prague, Czech republic as it was always my dream to live in the USA. I studied Physiotherapy in Prague, Czech Republic but automatically had business opportunities and at the end the entertainment industry was my path. I established a talent management company ( international representation of actors ) and also a production company that has all capabilities from photography to video/film production of any kind and needs.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

I think being a person with discipline, being dependable , work ethic, nice to others.

What was the most impactful thing your parents did for you?

My parents brought us ( me and my sister ) to America, when we were little and that gave us the language ( English ) capabilities that were useful always. They also always had big expectations for us which leads to a higher level of wanting to achieve things in life.
