Meet Isaura Rosario

We were lucky to catch up with Isaura Rosario recently and have shared our conversation below.

Isaura , thank you so much for joining us. You are such a positive person and it’s something we really admire and so we wanted to start by asking you where you think your optimism comes from?

For me, it’s not so much about optimism as it is about gratitude. My joy and positive outlook come from being grateful for everything God has given and continues to do in my life. I’ve learned to live in gratitude no matter the situation, trusting that His plan is always greater than mine.

Each morning, I begin with prayer and thankfulness — not just for what’s going well, but for the lessons that come through challenges. Gratitude keeps my heart soft, my faith strong, and my attitude grounded in peace.

In the salon, I try to pass that same spirit to everyone who sits in my chair. I want each person to feel seen, valued, and uplifted — reminded that even in difficult seasons, there’s always something to thank God for.

As the Bible says in 1 Thessalonians 5:17-18, we are called to “pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” Living with that mindset of gratitude has shaped not only my work, but my entire life.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

I’m the owner and founder of Miabelle Beauty, a salon located in Pinellas Park, Florida. We specialize in helping women feel confident and beautiful through personalized hair services such as balayage, highlights, color, extensions, and hair toppers for women experiencing hair loss.

What makes Miabelle Beauty special is that it’s not just a salon — it’s a place of encouragement and renewal. My mission is to create an atmosphere where beauty meets purpose, and where every client feels seen, valued, and uplifted, both inside and out. I believe God placed me in this industry not only to transform hair but also to share words of hope, strength, and joy with others.

Recently, we expanded to include Ruah Skin & Wellness, which offers advanced skincare and PRP therapy treatments to help clients look and feel their best. I’m also excited about continuing to grow our team and provide opportunities for new stylists to learn and flourish.

Through it all, my goal remains the same — to bring light, love, and confidence to everyone who walks through our doors.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

The three qualities that have shaped my journey are faith, consistency, and excellent customer service.

Faith keeps me grounded and guides every decision I make. I believe God is the center of Miabelle Beauty, and that perspective helps me lead with peace and purpose.

Consistency has been key to growth — showing up every day with excellence, even when things are slow or challenging, builds trust and results over time.

And customer service is everything. Listening, caring, and making every client feel valued has helped Miabelle Beauty grow not just through services, but through genuine relationships.

My advice to anyone starting out: stay rooted in your values, be consistent, and serve others with heart — the results will follow.

What has been your biggest area of growth or improvement in the past 12 months?

My biggest area of growth this past year has been stepping confidently into leadership.
I went from doing everything on my own to learning how to build a team, delegate, and create space for expansion at Miabelle Beauty. God has been stretching me to think bigger, to trust more, and to lead with grace and purpose.

I’ve grown not only as a business owner, but as a woman of faith—learning that growth requires obedience, consistency, and the willingness to let go of comfort. Adding new services, launching new projects, and bringing new talent into the salon have all pushed me to develop stronger communication, better systems, and a clearer vision.

This season has taught me that leadership is not about doing more—it’s about becoming more.
And I’m grateful for every step God has guided me through.
