We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Sarah Siegel-Kolodziejski. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Sarah below.
Sarah , we’re thrilled to have you on our platform and we think there is so much folks can learn from you and your story. Something that matters deeply to us is living a life and leading a career filled with purpose and so let’s start by chatting about how you found your purpose.
My purpose didn’t arrive in a lightning bolt moment—it became clear through my own messy, non-linear journey to sobriety over 4 years ago.
I was a high-functioning Mum, Professional, Entrenpreneur, who had built a good life. From the outside, everything looked pretty great.. But I was using alcohol to manage stress and anxiety, celebrate life, socialize, and quietly fill in the times alone. I realized how dependent I’d become on alcohol for all aspects for my life – and it truly was not working. I was not showing as my true myself – I was showing up as a conditioned self. With the negative consequences in relationships and my emotional and physical wellbeing.
When I finally got clear that I needed to give up alcohol, everything shifted. Unfortunately, the resources available felt either too clinical and shame-based, or too soft and “wellness-y” with all this gentle language that didn’t match the reality of what I was experiencing. I didn’t need someone to hold my hand and tell me everything would be okay—I needed someone to tell me the truth about what it takes to actually transform your life.
That’s when I realized my purpose: to create the resource I wish I’d had. Something for those who don’t fit the traditional recovery mold. People who know deep down that alcohol is holding them back from living their most authentic and vibrant life.
Pure Clarity was born from that realization. I started hosting Mindful Drinking, Mindful Living Events bringing notable speakers in wellness, panels in alcohol free living, healing and conscious living modalites such as Sound Bath, Meditation, Restorative Movement, Yoga and women based retreats. On the industry side, I work with high end hospitality for alcohol free integration with the brands I love. As a coach, I developed the “No BS Clarity Method”—a 5-step system that doesn’t sugarcoat the process but gives people actual tools to transform their relationship with alcohol. I went deep into training—certifications in Hypnosis, NLP, EFT, Alcohol-Free Living, and Success & Mindset Coaching—because I wanted to offer real, science-backed transformation, not just motivation.
I watch my clients transform not just their drinking, but their entire lives. From the earlier thinking of why alcohol-free living can feel like deprivation instead of elevation?
We’re building an inclusive community where sobriety isn’t something you’re recovering from—it’s something you’re thriving in whether you are sober curious, sober, alcohol free and taking a break.
My purpose is crystal clear: to completely reframe what alcohol-free living looks like. To show people that removing alcohol isn’t about losing something—it’s about gaining everything. Clarity. Authentic confidence. Pure Presence. Deeper Relationships and Fufillment. Real Success.
And I’m living proof that it works. When if you had asked me 5 years ago if this is what I would be doing – I would have laughed so hard ” No way”.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
I am the Founder of Pure Clarity, an alcohol-free lifestyle platform dedicated to helping those transform their relationship with alcohol through Mindful events, experiences, resources and certified coaching.
I also work alongside my wonderful husband at @ChellaBeauty. I live in Los Angeles with my husband, and motherhood has always been one of my most treasured roles—my adult children Harrison and Joseph, who recently married his wife Alexis. They all continue to be a huge part of what drives me to show up authentically every day, with their support and compassion being a huge part of my journey.
My Personal Journey
I’m someone who’s always valued being direct and authentic—I’ve never been comfortable with overly soft or vague communication. I had to unravel years of conditioning and rebuild my relationship with myself from the ground up.
Outside of Pure Clarity, I’m deeply interested in personal growth and spirituality—I study Kabbalah, love creating plant-based meals in my kitchen, and I’m constantly exploring the intersection of consciousness and transformation. These aren’t separate from my work; they inform everything I do.
What Makes Pure Clarity Different
What excites me most about Pure Clarity is that we’re not playing small.
Right now, I’m working on more exciting phase’s of Pure Clarity’s evolution.
I’ve become certified in Hypnosis, NLP, EFT, Alcohol-Free Living, and Success & Mindset Coaching. I just launched my signature “No BS Clarity Program”—a 5-step system that cuts through the limiting beliefs that keep us stuck, subconscious programming, habits and work on rewiring and reconditioning mind, body and spirit for lasting change for a life well lived.
Community Building: I am creating virtual community groups where people can come together, to connect, share and be vunerable.
Speaking & Education: I’m preparing for speaking engagements. The goal is to bring the conversation about alcohol-free living into spaces focused on bringing conscious living and resources to their guests or audience.
Brand Partnerships: We’re creating relationships with the best alcohol-free beverage companies in the industry. collaborations that allow our community to discover products that actually taste incredible and elevate their lifestyle.
What I Want People to Know
If there’s one thing I want people to understand about Pure Clarity, it’s this: we’re not here to shame anyone or tell you that you “have a problem.”
You don’t have to hit rock bottom to decide you want more presence and power in your life.
My personal mission is bold. To create a movement where alcohol-free living is aspirational, not remedial. Where “I don’t drink” is met with curiosity and respect, not concern.
As someone who hid her drinking and who now lives with complete clarity and presence—for my family, my work, my life—I can tell you the transformation is worth every uncomfortable moment it takes to get there.
I am building something that celebrates the sophistication, the science, and the sheer power of living alcohol-free. And we’re just getting started.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
1. Believe in yourself and the power of your desire to create something. Bigger than yourself, to be of service to others. You have everything within you!
2. Our thoughts, actions and habits create our reality – and we can change once we commit to doing so.
3. Ask for help, support, and connect in communities and with people that support your vision! The right people will be there for you and appear for you.

Who has been most helpful in helping you overcome challenges or build and develop the essential skills, qualities or knowledge you needed to be successful?
My husband Chris. He believed in me, when I stopped believing in myself. He saw the bright light, true soul and spirit and love I truly carried underneath the person who used alcohol to live life. He saw me at my worst and with his positive outlook on life, unconditional love, strength, he helped me awaken to my true self at a time I felt the most alone. He and i both are a couple who have grown so much together personally and profesionally with a deep passion to be the best we can be for ourselves, each other, our beloved family and those around us.
