Meet Patty Ceccoli

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Patty Ceccoli. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Hi Patty, so excited to talk about all sorts of important topics with you today. The first one we want to jump into is about being the only one in the room – for some that’s being the only person of color or the only non-native English speaker or the only non-MBA, etc Can you talk to us about how you have managed to be successful even when you were the only one in the room that looked like you?

The first time I read this question, it lit me up! Then, I read it again, and realized it didn’t exactly ask what I first thought. I scanned the rest of the list, but no other question was as intriguing to me as that first impression of this rich question.

So, forgive me as I boldly edit the original question. Removing just 2 words – “that looks” – aligns it perfectly with my initial igniting interpretation. Thank you for the latitude.

Being born a body-intuitive created a daily, lifelong scenario of being the only one in the room like me. My earliest memories, age 2ish, are of hearing adults’ emotional bodies speak, recognizing that their spoken words were a far cry from the clarity coming from their emotional bodies. Being at the age when I was learning words myself, I remember wondering if I was confused about the true meaning of words like “nice” and “lovely”.

Over the years, I have both ignored and responded to my intuitive knowing, finally realizing that responding was always a better choice!

Embracing my individuality has been, and continues to be, a lifelong study. It would be many years, and a few crises later, when this gift (being a body-intuitive) would reveal my life’s purpose – the work I do now. I do not doubt that it was revealed to me because I had consciously made an irrevocable decision – I was all in! My spiritual evolution was now my A#1 priority. Period. I applied what I had learned so far to every aspect and choice in my life: family, job, relationships, friends, and self to the best of my ability, as unwaveringly as possible.

Pivoting into fully embracing my individuality initiated a movement from deep within that continues to move me forward with dynamic propulsion today.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

In my mid-thirties, I found myself jobless, nearly out of money, and propelled by a deep calling to be more—to make a difference and somehow touch the world for the better. Beautiful intentions… and not a clue how to fulfill them. The only intuitive nudge I received was to become a massage therapist – something I had zero interest in. I had never even had a massage. But when the Intuitive Nudge comes, I know it. So off I went, shaking my head the whole way.
By Wednesday of the very first week, it became unmistakably clear: I had stepped directly onto my life’s path! I’ve never looked back.
My tutelage began immediately—not from teachers, but from the bodies themselves. Each one spoke with clarity, revealing layers of truth:
• anatomical connections, sometimes unique to each person
• emotional imprints ready to be healed or released
• and the deeper reality of the body—far beyond muscles and bone—where our Divine Self resides
They taught me:
• what the body holds for us
• how it communicates with us
• the inherent skills we all carry to perceive this communication
• and the practices that help us access that inner knowing
For 30 years, I learned. I gathered every teaching, fully aware this wasn’t solely for my benefit. I began working with small groups, testing these practices, making sure I could guide people responsibly into their own deep inner knowing.
Then, in early April of 2020, I heard: “Patty, it’s time.”
Bringing this body of work into words has been one of the greatest challenges of my life. This work is not mine; it has been entrusted to me. Maintaining the integrity of its essence is non-negotiable.
All the forms I’ve created – mentoring, online courses, body readings, journals, live retreats—are simply different ways of sharing what Spirit has taught me. I hold the flashlight with experiences and practices, helping each person explore their unique path forward, while learning to master the art of holding their own flashlight.
I’m still populating the website with more courses and offerings, but I’m especially excited about two projects nearing completion:
• A highly hybridized end-of-year Review and Renew.
It’s a rich, adventure-style medley of reflective and active experiences, all done in your own time. It includes journal musings (written or simply pondered), one purposeful outing, two optional online gatherings, meditations, movement practices, and more—all designed to bring easy clarity as we step boldly into 2026.
• A downloadable 12-week journal: Cultivating an Intentional Life.
This journal centers around three core practices that invite purposeful, soulful self-development, with extra tidbits for deeper exploration. I’m offering it as a “buy one, gift one” because those of us who walk these sacred paths are natural givers—we love to support others on their journey.
I’ve always said that I teach others so they can teach it back to me!

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

1. Removing myself from the defining “boxes” others held, insisting that they were right for me.
2. Teaching myself to bring my highest qualities and love engaging in every j.o.b.
3. Allowing myself to self-define.

One and three may seem redundant. They’re not. #1 was required to step up to #3, a practice I continually delight in.

How would you spend the next decade if you somehow knew that it was your last?

If I had just one decade remaining, I wouldn’t change a thing! I’d keep refining how I offer what I’ve been given. I’d write the book.

Living my truth and sharing this work is the dream I get to wake up to every day—and for that, I am deeply, humbly grateful.
