Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Amanda Brunngraeber. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Hi Amanda, appreciate you sitting with us today to share your wisdom with our readers. So, let’s start with resilience – where do you get your resilience from?
At a young age, I had a vision for how the world should look. I had an intense inner knowing of my values and how I wanted to operate in the world. My childhood taught me how to adapt, survive, and problem-solve under pressure. Giving me skills to navigate changes and challenges. At one time, resilience was the desire to keep pushing forward, hustling, and making life happen.
However, my definition of resilience has changed. Today, resilience looks like the decision to be fully human, capable of capacity and wholeness. Resilience now feels like a conscious awareness of my nervous system, my intuition, and patience, like that reflected in nature. One step at a time; The courage to continue taking one step at a time.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
I help sensitive, intuitive women reconnect with their own inner rhythm so they can build lives and businesses that feel grounded, nourishing, and aligned with who they truly are. My work helps them integrate personal growth, creative expression, and professional life.
As an entrepreneur and mother (to three teens), life can feel like a juggle or a delicate balance, depending on the day. For a long time, I lived and worked in what we now call “hustle mode.” I didn’t realize it then, but that constant push was built on coping mechanisms from my childhood, skills that helped me feel safe and ultimately build a beautiful life, but eventually, those same strategies stopped working. I hit burnout. I felt empty. And that pushed me into years of unpacking, healing, and learning how to live differently.
With a business background and a deep commitment to my own healing, I began to notice something: life has a natural rhythm, and when I slowed down, my body actually knew what I needed. I started honoring my emotions, listening to my intuition, and letting nature guide me.
That’s what led me into the work I do today.
My work blends embodiment, nervous system awareness, intuitive decision making, and season inspired living. Based on practical, gentle guidance for women ready to step out of survival mode and create sustainable, aligned lives. Currently, I’m expanding my offerings with online tools, mentorship, speaking, and immersive experiences here on our farm that help women integrate their personal and professional lives.
Everything I create is centered around helping women return to themselves and consciously build lives and businesses that feel aligned, sustainable, and truly their own.
Outside of being a Mom and entrepreneur, I am also a photographer and farm/homesteader.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Along my journey there are so many things that I have learned. I believe that having the courage to slow down, was number one. There is no rush, even though the world around us can often suggest otherwise. To pause and rest, doesn’t mean you are stopping, it just means you are regulating.
Give yourself the opportunity to fully BE; All of you. There were parts of myself and my story that I had hidden away. They motivated me, but were not integrated. Those parts have become incredible teachers. They give me so much compassion for the world. They help me be a better mother, wife, entrepreneur and human.
Allow yourself to evolve. You may want to know exactly how everything is going to look in the future, and it’s wonderful to have a vision for that, but don’t hold on too tight. (hello, perfectionism!) At one point, my life looked exactly how I imagined it would on the outside, but inside, I was empty. Today, I no longer have to have it all figured out because my journey is still evolving, which is exciting!

How can folks who want to work with you connect?
I would love to connect with like-minded women and creators who share my vision for intentional, aligned living and work. Together we can share our stories and insights with each other’s audiences—whether through interviews, conversations, or shared content—so we can inspire and support more entrepreneurial women in building lives and businesses that feel grounded, aligned, and fully their own.
