We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Samuel Brock Flynn a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, so we’re so thrilled to have Samuel Brock with us today – welcome and maybe we can jump right into it with a question about one of your qualities that we most admire. How did you develop your work ethic? Where do you think you get it from?
I really get my work ethic from My Dad and Mom both they raised me in Small town called Crossville,Tennessee ; the ethics my Dad had is excellent work history and carried himself professionally and worked for himself for years and he did stop doing that for a small period of time but he sure is a smart Dude and I am proud to have that same attitude and same mindset he has passed down to me. Most people still judge me because I’m young and graduated when I was young so people feel like there’s no way he can have his certificate from college at his age or no way this or that and most people just going on judgmental binge or scrutinize people for no reason just because they can and it’s not right to do that to people who are intelligent professional and in general good people.
Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
I am Samuel Brock Flynn of Crossville Tennessee , I have some acting experience behind my belt by being apart of Donald James Parker’s movies starting from 2013 -Present ; I started as an background actor and extra and then I moved to the Role of Bobby in Love Waits (2015) ; also being on Youtoo TV several times was fun too I was on there 58 or 59 times and I also started a podcast called Samuel Brock Flynn Show many years ago and still my podcasts to this day when I presently have time . I will also mention I was on “Diva Talk Tonight Podcast ” by Kelda Muzik known as Kelda Williams for an interview in October.
Just to let my readers know I recently Graduated from IAP College with a certificate in “Professional Photography ” and also have a few certificates from Christian Leaders Institute and from North Central Theological Seminary .
I also started the “Samf’s Shoes” brand as a shoe brand then now its brand for Apparel and for both .
This officially launch in August of 2025 and now it’s on tiktok and eBay both so Just be on the look out .

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Knowledge is give the best training and insights to your employees and treat them like people and be respectful .The knowledge I have is from life experience being an operations manager for detailing company . I went to school first to be a team supervisor so I can be the lead or the main boss at a company and managing is hard at first but when you get in the routine of management it becomes natural to you .
Before we go, maybe you can tell us a bit about your parents and what you feel was the most impactful thing they did for you?
My parents sent my to a private school to get 101 learning and then from their taught me how to be the better person stay away from drugs and alcohol addiction because they care about me and my health and I am glad I have family like that actually cares and they taught me how I should be running a company and gave me insights on what to do.
Family is number is one thing they also taught me . No matter what attend to family in any kind of situation especially those that are going through situations .
