We were lucky to catch up with Khing Ceaze recently and have shared our conversation below.
Khing, we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?
My self confidence came from lack of support. When you don’t have a huge support system, you can sometimes get caught up in who isn’t clapping rather than what actually is getting accomplished. In the moments where I didn’t have a crowd, and still had to create and make a way, it took a ton of self reflection of my journey, as well as manifestation to know that I can change my situation. This led me to simply knowing what my strengths and weaknesses were, and moving accordingly to that. Once I mastered my strengths, it was like being an athlete, and being able to show up on the court and produce results. Kobe had the Mamba mentality and to this day it is one of my favorite philosophies. Practice when they aren’t looking, and work hard to create opportunities for your own elevation. With that plan, you begin to believe in yourself more as you continuously are getting results!

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
My name is Khing Ceaze, I am a content creator and thought leader in Atlanta Georgia. My skillset has gained me access to multiple professional industries including media, marketing and philanthropy. Whether I’m in a recording studio assisting artists in their creation process, or I’m on a set working a camera to create a vision, I have been able to create a lane that allows me to highlight not only my perspective and personal philosophy to help others, but to be creative through music, media and telecommunications.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
What has helped me develop as an entrepreneur was somewhat different than most people. Studying philosophy has helped me read rooms and be impactful in those room by being more understanding. Effective communication and Emotional intelligence have helped me to be in these rooms and even when we disagree, still be able to reach mutual ground and create results.
My advice for anybody in any field is to study, observe and adjust. Study the technicalities of your field, observe the practices and tendencies of those who are successful in your industry, and adjust to the new trends as they come.

Thanks so much for sharing all these insights with us today. Before we go, is there a book that’s played in important role in your development?
There are two books that have played a pivotal role in my development as an entrepreneur. The first being based on a series, the Celestine prophecy by James Redfield. This book opened my eyes to so much when dealing with people and the energy the possess. The second book, which I am currently reading, yet has helped me a ton in the last few weeks is the 360-Degree Leader by John C. Maxwell. Learning how to lead without necessarily being THE Leader has helped me work with all levels within organizations and corporations.
