We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Diana Seo. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Diana below.
Hi Diana, thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?
I get my work ethic from my family, especially my grandparents. They came to the United States with very little, not knowing the language or the culture, but they worked incredibly hard to build a life here. They didn’t just survive, they thrived, and they were able to put all four of their children through school up to college for most of them.
My parents also helped with the family business from a young age and learned by watching their dedication and resilience. And growing up, I learned those same values from him. Their grit, sacrifice, and commitment are a huge part of who I am today.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
What I do is really rooted in education and transformation. I work at the intersection of beauty and wellness, where new science and technology are moving faster than ever, and I’m passionate about helping people understand what’s possible. What excites me most is being able to share these innovations in a way that empowers others—whether that’s through advanced skin treatments, regenerative therapies, or tools that help people feel more confident and connected to themselves.
What feels truly special about my work is that it’s about something much larger than any one person. It’s not just about looking better; it’s about elevating how we care for ourselves, how we age, and how we support our bodies on a cellular level. I love bridging the gap between cutting-edge research and real-world results, and guiding clients through technologies that can genuinely improve their quality of life.
As for what’s new, we’re continuing to expand our offerings with next-generation regenerative treatments, new device technologies, and curated protocols that combine science-backed methods with a deeply personalized approach. There’s so much exciting innovation coming, and I’m committed to staying at the forefront so I can bring the very best to our clients and community.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Looking back, the three qualities that shaped my journey the most were curiosity, resilience, and a willingness to stay ahead of the science.
Curiosity has always been my foundation. I’m constantly learning—diving into new technologies, researching emerging treatments, and asking deeper questions about how beauty and wellness intersect at a cellular level. Curiosity keeps you evolving, and in this industry, evolution is everything.
Resilience has been just as important. Any meaningful path comes with challenges, unexpected setbacks, and moments of doubt. What carried me forward was the ability to adapt, to keep going, and to keep believing in the bigger vision even when things felt uncertain.
And finally, staying ahead of the science has been transformative. Understanding the “why” behind treatments, devices, and ingredients allows you to build trust, innovate with intention, and offer therapies that truly make a difference. Knowledge is power—especially when it’s used to elevate others.
For anyone at the beginning of their journey, my advice is this:
• Feed your curiosity. Read, listen, experiment, ask questions, and never assume you already know enough.
• Strengthen your resilience. Growth requires patience, humility, and the ability to keep moving even when the path gets hard.
• Invest in real education. Learn the science behind what you do, stay informed about emerging research, and align yourself with mentors, trainings, and communities that inspire you to think bigger.
If you nurture these three qualities, you’ll not only grow—you’ll create something meaningful, sustainable, and uniquely yours.

How can folks who want to work with you connect?
Absolutely—I’m always open to partnering with people who are pushing boundaries in beauty, wellness, technology, and regenerative health. I’m especially drawn to movers, shakers, and innovators—the kind of individuals and brands who are thinking ahead, challenging old models, and bringing fresh perspectives to the industry.
I love collaborating with those who are passionate about education, science-backed solutions, and creating meaningful change. Whether you’re developing new technologies, building next-generation treatments, or exploring ways to elevate client experiences, I’m excited to connect.
